Features

  • Powerful PWM-controlled fan speeds from 300 RPM up to 1,300 RPM, pushing up to 45.4 CFM of air with 1.23mm-H2O of static pressure.
  • Utilizes anti-vortex vanes to direct airflow at your hottest components for concentrated cooling, whether used for intake, exhaust, or mounted to a liquid cooling radiator or heatsink.
  • A hydraulic bearing delivers long-lasting durability and minimal noise, as the 120mm fan blade spins as quietly as 24.7 dBA.
  • Stops the fan entirely when sent a 0 RPM PWM signal, completely eliminating fan noise.

  • Great average fans for replacements!
I've been using this particular 120mm fan for a couple weeks now and honestly it does its job exceptionally well! No RGB, nothing too spectacular, just a working fan that helps balance the air pressure for your system. I am currently using this as an exhaust fan, top side and it doesn't make any noise while spinning in my PC. Perhaps the reason for it being so decently quiet is the fact the average speed is lower than my front and bottom fans, highest it can do is 1300 RPM. Pushing this fan at its top speed made no noticeable noise besides the sound of air being pushed around, or inside the case. I once set this up as a front fan as well and it did great in that position too. So whether you want this as exhaust or intake, I think it won't let you down on either side. It is a fairly simple design and its plug-and-play ready. A great comparison would be the ASUS XF120mm, which I do own, and the only difference between the two is the ASUS is 500 RPM more, and $15 more. Both are great and can work together fine, but the Corsair seems easier to pick here. In the end, I just like this fan and it's still in my case as I make this review. ... show more

  • Clean Design & Quiet
Are these the cheapest 120 mm fans? No. Are they the best 120 mm fans? No. But they do look good in my case. If you’re building a black computer and want very little of other colors I can recommend these, they’re Corsair so they’re either going to work or going to be broken. On the plus side corsairs support is really helpful and they’ll replace anything right away. I can say these fans are just your everyday 120 mm, appropriately quiet and a bit overpriced. ... show more

  • Very good!
The fans have the performance that I was expecting fot the corsair 4000d airflow, they match with the one that the chasis has so all good with them.

  • value and price
Very quiet and smooth running fan. Body is heavy (not like cheap fans).

  • Super quiet, but use a powered screwdriver to install
This fan was a perfect fit for my ATX case. It operates quietly, which is important for my set up because I do a lot of audio recordings. I connected the fan to the motherboard using a 4-pin connector. I placed the fan at the rear of the case, using it as an exhaust to direct hot air out, preventing it from rising and heating the operator. The installation process was a bit challenging, particularly when inserting the screws manually, so I used a power screwdriver. Once installed, the fan remains securely in place. To ensure optimal performance, I updated the BIOS, setting the fan port to PWM mode instead of DC. This adjustment allows the fan's speed to automatically adjust based on temperature, rather than constantly spinning in DC mode. ... show more

  • Similar to stock case fan for my Corsair 4000D Airflow
The model number of this standalone case fan differs from those that came pre-mounted in my Corsair 4000D Airflow. The materials (cheap feeling hard plastics) and design appear to be the same except for the addition of the corsair logo sticker on the front of the fan. The cable was long enough to reach the fan header on my motherboard with a few inches to spare. I haven't noticed any increase in noise, but I have not performed before/after measurements of noise levels or internal temperatures, so this isn't a very scientific report. (update: The fan speed is running almost half of the stock fans. I will have to investigate more as some point.) Overall, I'm happy with this purchase just to keep the uniform 'look' of the case. If I was building a new rig or refurbishing with all new fans, I'd probably go with something else a bit higher quality. ... show more
