This power supply is super nice and I love the fact that it's modular. It comes with a ton of extra cables and was super easy to install. I never realized that the other power supply units that I worked with were not modular and they all just had a wiring harness hanging out the back. This power supply does its job, does it well, and looks really good. I’ve got it in a Fractal Pop Air XL and they look like they are made for eachother, the patterns are the same on them and you’d think they would sell the things together because of how perfectly they compliment eachother. Only issue is I had to install my power supply upside down to get optimal usage heat output (didn’t want my power supply blowing up into my case) but luckily the product emblem is just a sticker on the portion you can see so I can easily remove it if I decide to be nitpicky about it. Came with plenty of cables that also look really good in my build, very high quality and you’ll probably only top them if you opt for custom cables. I just reached the end of the cable length capability in my install but I was also building in a full tower XL case so… that’ll happen. If you’re doing a large build you may need some custom longer cords if you are concerned about bending/the aesthetics of it. ... show more

I honestly know nothing about building pcs nonetheless fixing one. My PSU went out after exactly 2 years of having it (Thanks CyberPower). I was extremely intimidated but last night I sat on the floor with my pc and cut the zip tied off and unplugged everything that needed to be unplugged with the old PSU and I worked on the Corsair PSU one by one till I had it all connected. Took about an hour for me mostly because I was being so careful with everything. Everything clicked in perfectly and was a breeze setting up. It even came with zip ties which was nice because I had to cut the previous ones off. I plugged it in and pushed the button and WA-LA it turned on! I've been on it all day today and it's running great. It's also a lot quieter than the one that came with my pc originally. Highly recommend! I've been using a Corsair headset for years so I knew I could trust Corsair again with this. I got the 850w for $109. Well worth the cost and I love that the wires are white which matches my pc case ;) ... show more

Basically, this is the RM850x PSU with Taiwanese caps instead of Japanese caps. It's a B+ to A- tier PSU in most reviews, and is 0db capable at low temperatures, with a low noise fan. But it has ONE problem...it comes with 3 CPU power cables. THREE. But only 2 PCIe power cables. This is ridiculous! WHO needs THREE CPU power cables? I'll tell you who: NOBODY! CPU power cables #2 and #3 are completely pointless. There's not a mainstream or high end motherboard that needs 3. And even those that can use 2 really only need 1. However, there are dozens of mid to high end GPUs that require 3 PCIe cables. I hope they update this PSU to include 2 CPU power cables and 3 PCIe power cables in the future. That would actually make sense. All things considered, this is a quality PSU with a good price while still maintaining good quality. Solid 4/5 rating in my book. ... show more

Muy buena fuente aunque si tienen una gpu que usa el conector de 12 pines recomiendo las versiones actualizadas atx 3.0 o 3.1. De todas formas lo uso con un 5800x y una rtx 5070 y va mas que sobrado. Como no es atx 3.0/3.1 uso el adaptador que vino con la grafica y hasta ahora no ha habido problemas, solo asegurense que los conectores esten bien metidos. ... show more
