The most impressive aspect of this headset is the mic quality. Testing it in voice chats blew me and my friends away by how clear I sounded, one saying it was like I was in the same room. Genuinely impressive for a gaming headset, and comparing it to all other mic tests I’ve heard, this blows all of them out of the water. The audio quality is pretty good; only downside is that the EQ software presets aren’t great. But the fact that it’s available to tweak is still a nice feature. I personally love a lot of bass and I was able to adjust it to fit my preferences. The ear cups are also very soft and comfortable, and the flexibility of the headband makes the whole set fit so nice. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for some of the best mic quality out there for headsets. Very impressed.

Comfortable, battery is ok*, sound is ok stock (a lot better with iCue if you're on PC). The mic as far as I can tell and what friends have said, sounds good (you get a gain option through iCue). I can't totally recommend this for console due to the stock sound not being anything over the top. I can totally recommend these for PC user and have seen tons of PC players using these. Apparently, there is a Max version of this headset, wish I knew before I ordered, but it's all good. I'm happy with it regardless. I'm coming from Logitech. Not going to lie, I still love Logitech, but this headset has been an awesome alternative to a past favorite! *UPDATE after a month: I'm not sure if it's a fluke or I got lucky, but I am getting great battery life. I was editing photos the other night for about 5+hours. Listening to Spotify the entire time. Had iCue set on Bass Boost with my PC volume at about 30 (Spotify volume almost all the way up). I don't use any RGB..mainly because it isn't very extravagant. The battery lasted and the entire time with plenty of time to spare. For the first and second night I had the headset the battery life was alright. Roughly with the same use as I explain above, and it wouldn't last terribly long. Not sure what happened, but it last great now. Summing up: I think this is a great PC headset with the use of the iCue program. It has great sound and for me the battery last great! It is also very comfortable, and I wear glasses regularly. The mic from what i've experience is great as well! I would not recommend this for console players. I'm not saying don't buy, but my reasoning would be due to the stock audio not being anything over the top. (Though you can possibly improve your listening experience if your system allows you to mess with EQ) Hope this helped!

The Good : The mic quality is on par with standalone mics and even then its fantastic, if you're in the market for a good steamer headset this is the one. They are pretty comfortable once I got them adjusted right and very light on your head. Plenty of customization on the software to change colors and control EQ and they sound very clear. Overall quality Is solid, with no squeaks or creaks when messing with the headset The Bad : I'm personally not a fan of strap adjustment headphones for sizing as I have a big A head so I had to max out the strap to get it to fit me personally but otherwise pretty comfortable. Mine came only with cloth earmuffs everyone has their preference mine is leather but these are fine but can get a little itchy. , I wish the cable was braided to add some extra durability. You can tell they put more into the mic instead of the drivers for headphones, not to say they sound bad but when playing intensive games with a lot going on at the same time sometimes sounds can get muddled together and have less distinction from each other

To get it out of the way, this is the best headset I've ever had. The sound quality is great (When you use the equalizer and find your settings), this headset is insanely comfortable, battery life is good, and I can easily use it in vr with my quest 2 and elite strap (Making VR so much better with good audio and a working microphone). My only complaint at first was the battery lasting me only like 6-7 hours, after doing some research I just found out if you disable the RGB (Set color to black so it doesn't light up) your battery life will increase to around 12-18 hours. My only current existing complaint is an issue with the software of the headset, corsair software sucks and keeps resetting audio settings (It keeps turning the headset into 8 channel mode when I am not running surround, which causes a static/cutting of the audio, which can be fixed by changing it in the windows settings manually, but this only fixes it until corsair software changes it back randomly)

I had a previous model of Corsair headset that was literally falling apart. I purchased this model and am extremely happy with the quality of the headset. It doesn't feel cheap at all. More importantly, I'm impressed with the sound quality. I use this for gaming and also for Teams/Zoom calls for work. The sound is excellent, but even more impressive is that the microphone seems to be top notch. People often comment that I sound like I'm in a sound studio. The other thing I should mention is that it is comfortable enough to wear for hours at a time without causing earaches or headaches at all.
