My wife has been shopping for these for at least a year. She finally pulled the trigger on this unit. It arrived in a “flat pak” style package that was heavy! When unpacking I have to say it Far exceeded my expectations! The materials and quality of manufacture were much better than typical products of this nature at any retailer (like i said we have looked at literally six dozen different models and manufacturers). From an engineering perspective the hardware provided was at least 2x larger (stronger) than it needs to be, making it absolutely solid and sturdy (even under a 20# cat) and the final fit/finish once assembled is impressive, very tight and clean. It is quite attractive in appearance, certainly not your typical eyesore cat tower to be stuck off in a corner. Our cat is middle aged and obese so she is still figuring it out but we anticipate she will embrace it once the “environment change” effect wears off. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. It is hands down the best featured cat tower I have ever seen and the quality is absolutely top notch. I definitely Recommend this unit to all cat parents. ... show more

This is probably the best cat tower I’ve ever purchased. Straightforward assembly. My cat is tiny, old, and arthritic, so I love how accessible the pathway up is for her (no big jumps, space to turn around, etc). The tower fits perfectly in any corner because you can adjust the angle of the circular step and hammock bed. The top bed is spacious enough for any cat to be comfortable and it has room for a heating pad. My only critique is that I wish the covering on the top bed was removable for washing, but a covering it with a small blanket works just fine for easy cleaning.     • Wrong manual

Overall the product is very nice and the cats love it. However, the package contained the wrong assembly manual. It had the manual for the smaller C51 product, but I purchased the larger C66 product. We didn't realize this until after we ran into several problems trying to put the product together. We started following the instructions in the manual and the screws that it said to put into the base were the wrong ones. They were not long enough. So we just had to guess that the longer screws were the correct ones to use. We did manage to get the bottom 2 layers built, but then the picture instructions were not very clear on how to know what goes where and showed the wrong numbered parts to use. We finally had to use the C66 product picture on the Amazon product page to figure out how to build it correctly. After some time of trial and error, we finally got the cat tower built. If the correct manual had been in the package, we would probably have been able to put it together with fewer problems and less frustration. ... show more

I have 2 blind cats and wanted to upgrade my current cat tree for one that’s more easily accessible for my less athletic cat. The way my other cat tree is designed is such that the lower tiers are completely covered by the tier above it, and so my cat would become discouraged from climbing any higher than the first level, because he couldn’t find a good access point. This cat tree is staggered in a way that it’s easy for my cats to find and access the next level and it offers a cozy little den to retreat to, as well as a hammock which my 9lb cat fits in perfectly. My other cat is 20lbs and has no issues navigating to the top. It’s surprisingly sturdy and stable, even on carpet. I stacked this next to the original cat tree to provide more versatile climbing for my more athletic cat. The sisal columns have held up SO well with my cats’ daily scratching over the course of the year we’ve had it (better than our previous cat trees). I spent days searching for a suitable cat tower on here. Reading and re-reading reviews on every single one. One low score, and I was scared to buy. BUT! I ordered this tower about a month and a half ago. So far, its worked great. Its sturdy with my cats climbing up and down, running up and down, scratching, etc. Quick thoughts: 1. The fabric is holding up well so far. 2. The scratching posts are holding up well so far. 3. Its sturdy without being screwed into the wall like the option you have with this. 4. Both of my cats can fit on the top platform of this tower. One is 13 pounds, one is about 10 pounds. 5. One of my cats puked on the fabric part of the tower, and it was easy to clean off tbh. So thats a plus. 6. My cats dont really like the round pouch thing, but yours might. 7. The small round platform leading up to the top of the tower is a little bit small for my cats to climb down the tower, but they're agile enough and have gotten used to it. If your cat is older or very large, they might have a little trouble getting down from that top platform. I wanted another cat tower for another room, and I just went ahead and bought another one of these lol. So far, so good. They like them a lot. Its only been a month or two since getting one and the wear and tear is very minimal. Maybe in a year I'll remember to update this review, but idk. Over all, this cat tower is a sturdy and nice little hangout place and play thing for my cats. Also, assembly the first time took me maybe 30 minutes to 45 minutes. One of the sections is a little tricky to get put together, but the second time I was able to get it put together faster. I also did not need any help putting it together, but my cats offered plenty of times (they thought they were helping). Nothing came missing and nothing came damaged. My boys love it! They hide, play, and of course, use those scratching posts that come with it! It's super soft and just the right height for my energetic boys. It has an attachment to use to stabilize it to the wall, if needed, but that hasn't been necessary for us.
