A good tarp is just a must have in my world. A great tarp is usually just a wish. This tarp is the best of a whole lot of “heavy duty” tarps that I’ve purchased over the last few years. Most of those tarps just shred with the wind. And SO SOON after being put into service. However this tarp is still in service. Same place, same installation. Yes this one is 20 mil, and has a poly rope border, as well as good grommets, and plastic sleeve reinforced corners… Strange how going the extra mile actually pays off in quality, huh? And if you can possibly go with the silver/ black color combo, now I think you have an all around, top grade, heavy duty work horse of a tarp. I don’t know how long it will last, because it’s still going strong. Way longer already than any of the others, if not longer than multiples of most of the others. I haven’t found any other tarp of this type that compares. I’m thinking you would have to go with vinyl or heavy treated canvas to get there. But the cost, size for size gets astronomical. And with canvas, the cost & time in maintenance on top of the initial cost… no thanks. ... show more

Holding up on top of my cheap metal shed full of vintage clothes as a temp solution. It seems impossible to rainproof those sheds and I watched quite a few YouTube videos beforehand. Anyways, I’ve the tarp strapped down for over two months through heavy rain and wind and it shows no signs of damage. It’s thick and well made. Much better than any options at Walmart and way cheaper. Recommend for sure. ... show more

Bought this tarp cause it’s 16 mil thick would have got the 20 mil thick one but it wasn’t available at the time got it to cover a 10 by 10 god lot with roof the old tarp that came with the roof is wore out after 8 years we will see how this one does

I bought this to throw over a row of stacked large bags of bedding soil while waiting for rainy season to be over. The price was very reasonable, but the tarp is high quality without being too heavy weight to tuck in around the bags of soil. The color is also a nice, garden friendly green.
