I did alot of research and chose this tent because it stated it was easy to put with just 1 person... and he's what? IT IS SUPER EASY TO PUT UP WITH JUST 1 PERSON! The rainfly color coded clips weren't helpful tho. There's 3 on the cover and only 2 matching on the tent. So ya, that went up wrong the first time. Also, the inside pockets would have been helpful to have 1 in each side, not both in 1 room. Otherwise a 10 outta 10 from me ... show more

We just returned from out camping trip!! The tent took less than 10 mins to put up. Although, the front zipper kept getting stuck. It's a good thing there is a zipper on outside otherwise my husband and I would had to use our the other side to get out. The tent is small for two adults. Excellent Quality Tent. Perhaps the most important thing I can tell you about Core Equipment is that their products really are worth having, high quality, and extremely easy to set up and take down. I started this season camping in this tent and have nothing negative to say about it, nothing... most tents I'll have an issue one way or the other. I set this up on my own in about 2 minutes without issue. Pay attention the first time you set it up it will make take down and getting it back in the bag very easy. It has more than enough room for our queen air mattress cot and twin mattress for our dogs,Husky and Aussie-Border. We're camping in the rainforest of the Blueridge Mountains right now it has poured relentlessly we are staying dry, no water in the tent, not a drop! I own their 9 person instant lighted, this 10 person instant, lighted instant screen house, regular screen house, 13x13 pop-up canopy, and their 30 can cooler. With my experience, yes, you can trust this company, exceptional customer service, and outstanding warranty on their products. Thank you Core Equipment for providing this tent for testing and review.     • Lots of attention to details went into the design.

I decided to go with the 10 person tent because in my experience tents tend to over estimate how many people will fit comfortably in them. They all seem to do this. They decide person count by how many average size sleeping bags one can lay inside, not by how many people would comfortably move around inside. So I was hoping that the 10 person tent would be a good size for 4 adults and 2 kids, and it is. There's enough room for the sleeping bags and some aditional room for movement, stretching out and relaxing. Plus there was room for our gear. The tent is 14 ft x 10 ft, so you're not hitting your head or feet on the edges of the tent when trying to sleep. You have room for your bags to be with you inside. The 10 person tent can also be divided into two rooms. So you can close up all the windows and flaps on one side to make for a room to change in, which is great. Plenty of room to move around while switching clothes. There's a ton of pockets on the tent itself for storage, making it almost like having a night stand or dresser nearby to keep your items in. These pockets are especially nice for keeping track of smaller items you might use often like cell phone charging cables and battery packs. The tent sets up using a system where the poles are already in place and you fold them up into a locking position. If you're familiar with infant play yards (Pack and Plays), where they fold down into a small size and can be carried in a case, then expand out with locking sides when in use, this tent uses a similar design. Not only does this make set-up pretty painless, but it also prevents one from losing sections/pieces of the tent while traveling. Overall I'm very pleased with the design and size of the tent. The build quality is good, with waterproof materials that don't rip or tear easily when setting up and breaking it down, and I've run into no issues with the zippers are all. There was a lot of attention to detail involved when CORE designed this, including storage, set-up design, large windows and vents, and more. ... show more
