I wish it was a little bit deeper and the back a little thicker? I got the ottomans which helped add depth. I think really tall people (5'10"+) might not be as comfortable on it without the ottomans. At just over $500. I am absolutely blown away that this is possible.. Quality is about a 8, Put it together and about 45 minutes very very easy. Couch is very comfortable material is super soft. I wouldn’t jump on this couch like you would and expensive $2000-$3000 couch. I use this in a fully furnished basement rental and it absolutely fit perfect, very large couch for the area. Not too big not too small. Easily was transported down tight quarters, which is a huge issue for Basement furniture. I could not be happier with this purchased worth every penny. ... show more

Very pretty couch. The fabric doesn’t absorb stains quickly and is easy to wipe and clean. Very pretty, and have gotten many compliments on it. Our only complaint is the cushions are very firm. We were hoping that with time we could break it in a bit and it would be more comfortable, but so far that hasn’t been the case after 2 months. It works for us for now in the season of life we are in. Overall we’re happy with it! We have a small apartment and it is a great size for us. Compact enough to not take up too much room, but large enough to seat people comfortably. I wish I could give this couch zero stars! The quality is absolutely abysmal—I've seen better craftsmanship at department stores that sell groceries, and for a fraction of the price. Within days, the cushions were flat, the fabric started pilling, and the overall structure felt flimsy and cheap. But the nightmare didn’t stop there. The return process was a complete scam. The seller made it nearly impossible to return the couch, throwing up every obstacle imaginable until I had to get Amazon involved just to get my money back. Save yourself the headache! The couch looks fantastic in any setting. The texture is very soft and beautiful. It's a great size for most rooms, including ours (as you can see in the picture). The modular aspect of the couch is nice for us, as well, since we use the ottoman as a bed for our dog so he can look out the window instead of being on our bed. Just another advantage of getting this type of couch! Finally, when we had to contact customer service, they were extremely helpful and responsive.
