Description

The Cordless Veranda Vinyl Oval Roll Up features quarter-inch slats that softly filter light while also offering privacy. It’s durable, two-tone color vinyl slats make it great for indoors use or as an outdoor window option. Cordless operation makes them safe around children and pets. Included strap fasteners make rolling the shade to any desired height easy, simply connect one end of fastener to the front of blind, roll up end of blind to desired height, then wrap fastener around roll and clip to secure. Blind can be rolled in either direction. Hanging hooks can be used for inside mount or outside mount. All hardware and instructions are included.

The hooks used to position the shade at different lengths are very difficult to get in and out of the cording. It was damaging the plastic. I had to rig cording with rings tied at different lengths in order to roll up and down without damaging the shade. Also, the last shade that came seems to be a different color from the others. While the other 4 are a clear white and gray, the last one that came seems more like grayish brown and almond. There was also dirt on the shade and a brown stain. The order shows that it was delivered with the other one of the same size but it wasn't. It arrived about a week later. So unfortunately I'm out of the return window. ... show more

I purchased two of these to hang up on the west end of our deck. We have several hummingbird feeders hanging around the edges of our deck roof, and around late afternoon, early evening, the sun gets very intense, and exposing the feeders to very hot temps. With the blinds (I bought 2) hung up, with feeders just to the inside of the blinds, they work perfectly to block the strong sun. I think the little hummers really appreciate them!!!! They are easy to install, easy to clean, and so far have not shown any negative affects from the strong sun. ... show more

The 'reeds' are super thin plastic not even as sturdy as a drinking straw. They crush when pressed with a thumb nail. The metal hangers were rusted out of the box.Reduces light by maybe 50%. I would not recommend to a friend.
