Quite simple control from the power button. Long press to power it on. Press power button quick once to change rotation direction of the roller though I find that useless as the massager automatically changes the direction every minute or so. This is comfortable in the gaming chair and office chair as a lumbar massager. Even better that I can use this without having a cord in the way and getting caught in the rollers of the chair when I scoot around. There is some soothing heat when the massager is doing its thing. I may get hooked to keeping it on my gaming chair.

The package comes with the cushion and a USB-USBC charger. What I really like about it is this just has the perfect heat and kneads for the lower back whether in sitting, leaning, or laying down position. It's really working out the muscles in perfect strength so it's not super painful. As far as other uses, neck: Good massages. It feels medium strength, not super deep. calf: Great massages for one calf at a time. feet: If just placing feet on them, it isn't strong enough. It runs about 5 x 5 minutes sessions before full charge runs out. One complain I do have is, I can't tell when it is charging (sometimes it shows dark red), or when it finishes charging. There's no light indication for that. (The light is just off) Overall I think it's a great product and I would recommend it to someone with lower back issues.

This is a nice massager providing a bit of cushion and you can use it on your back, neck, or other spots. Kneading helps when you find the right spot and it's light and easy to charge.

I bought three of these massagers, two of them as gifts and one for myself. Two of the three broke at the point where you plug in the charger after using the second time. Although it felt great when we got to use it initially, it was both disappointing and maddening that after spending this amount of money we could not continue to enjoy the product.

This massager does a great job of getting deep into the muscles (if you want it to). The more pressure (bodyweight) you put into the unit, the deeper it massages. Using the default setting (15min of heated massage going clockwiseand counterclockwise), the battery lasts roughly 6 sessions before it needs to be recharged. I tend to reposition the massager after each session to hit different muscles. Unless the battery is almost dead, I've never had an issue with the unit stopping because I've put too much weight/pressure onto it. Other than selfishly wanting a larger battery, I've had no issues at all with the unit. It has actually put me to sleep a couple times since it's so relaxing. It does take a little practice in positioning (especially around the shoulder blades) as it digs deep, it can feel like it's hitting bone if poorly positioned.

I've enjoyed some neck, back, and shoulder massages from this odd, tooth-shaped massager. Though I thought it would be a little softer and flexible, the shape makes it comfortable in numerous positions. The battery life is anywhere between 40 mins - 1 hour depending on if the heat is on. I find the trade-off worth it for the cordless option. You can't adjust the speed or intensity, but you can lean on it for higher pressure. The speed and intensity are just right for me and overall I think this is a nice massager to have around.

The media could not be loaded. This cordless shiatsu cushion is almost as good as a real massage! I work on a computer all day, I do all of my school work on a computer, and i play video games on my computer. Needless to say - that wrecks your neck and shoulders. I often have tightness and knots, but getting an actual massage on a regular basis isnt really in my budget. As far as massage and pain relief devices, I've tried them ALL. I have a massage gun, a neck traction device, the over the shoulder massage, a body wand, a TENS unit... and ultimate, this bad boy is the only one I even reach for anymore. I have another shiatsu cushion like this, but it has to be plugged in so its not really convenient. I am SO glad I found this cordless one - Im actually using it as I type this review! The first time I used it for a good 30 minutes and I woke up the next day sooo sore - and that is how I knew it was the real deal. If you've ever had a deep tissue massage, you know what I mean. That being said, dont over-use it when you first get it, and make sure to drink plenty of water to help avoid the soreness. But after a few days, the likelyhood you'll be sore is alot less. I used this thing all the time - it is seriously a life saver for my pain. It has several different settings - when you first turn it on, it emits heat and will switch between rotating inwards and outwards. you can press the button to toggle between heat, no heat, and change the direction the knots rotate. The heat is really nice and helps to relax the muscles. You can choose to lean on it more or less to change the amount of pressure being applied. If you are on the fence, im telling you - just buy it! If you like a good deep massage or have knots to be worked out, this thing will get the job done!
