Very easy to install even though the directions were just pictures. No visible defects. Rating a 4 as you cannot lift up the shade without helping it. I think the material is too heavy so it folds over itself when lifting. It does stay lifter so a mild inconvenience.

Liked that the measurement was correct. Easy to install. Total sunblock. You just have to adjust the bottom to make it even when you pull them down. They total sunblocker.

I really like the appearance of these blinds. I ordered the blackout ones and they really do the job. I had a little trouble getting one side to click into place into the bracket, but eventually it went in. These type of pleated shades are very pricey so I hope they will last a long time.

I bought 3 blinds and none of them want to stay down where you put them. The return force was different on all 3. I ended up having to put some small weights I had on 2 of them. Also, the brackets aren't the greatest. I bent one just trying to clamp the blind in place.
