Perfect fit, almost too perfect... as in some moderate hammering was needed to install the first set. The second set took less than five minutes. My suggestion is to adjust the installation steps. INSTEAD of screwing the mounting plate to the wall first, thread the washer and top screw through the blinds. Then, screw blinds to the wall. I had small windows, so holding the excess with one hand and adhering the hardware with the other wasn't as difficult as it might be with a larger project. The exact fit was worth the slight inconvenience. Great color, darkening light filtration, quality weight comparable to wooden blinds. Would recommend! ... show more

I picked the driftwood color so it wasn’t too orangey against a more taupe colored curtain. I think they are perfect. Definitely needed to heighten my windows since the framers framed most of the windows in our house incorrectly and did not follow the blueprints. This bamboo shade did the trick. I ordered two - for side by side windows. Both arrived in the same box but once hung they do not match which looks a bit odd. The overhang at the tops are different lengths - one had a smashed piece. Otherwise they work as expected and overall look nice.

I give these 4 stars because the color in the advertised images is nothing like the actual color of these blinds. These are the Eastfield Teak but as you can see in the images, they are a dark brown color. They are also see through, probably at night too. They do block a lot of light but I’m ordering new curtains because they don’t catch the light that comes through the blinds. Overall, they are still nice looking, sturdy, easy to hang, and easy to use. I recommend them if you just want something light filtering and semi-private. ... show more

Love the look and quality. It is almost a blackout shade in this dark color but a few slits of light come through. I already had blackout curtains so that was not my goal. I got this to cover the area above my window to extend the look. Also I wanted to add some dark color and wood to the room to make it more cozy (for a bedroom). Because it is almost blackout, I have to keep it wide open during the day or the room can feel pretty dark, but I would do that anyway. The push-up/pull-down works perfectly, I love no cords!
