I have had five back surgeries, currently L4/L5/S1 are fused and I just found out the new pain in my lower back is a several budged disk at L3/L4. So when back pain starts, you try and find any way you can to make it stop! I found this and I decided to give it a try. One thing is this can do that I really like is it does not require you to plug into a wall outlet to use, it is battery operated and the battery has a great life span. Its very easy to operate, just turn it on, select the intensity that you want, turn on the heat if you want(Yes, you do 😁), and then sit back and relax, its wonderful!

Charges up pretty fast, and my back feels way way better HOWEVER I can't give it five stars because the power box easily comes off. Plus my arm touches it accidentally- even through my shirt- and it changes the settings. I wore it hang clothes on the line and for the first time in years I wasn't in major pain. I did have to bend over and pick up the power box 2x.

I’ve been using this thing for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a nice little upgrade for my evenings. Usually, I put it on after a long day - whether I’ve been working in the garage, doing yard stuff, or just sitting too long, and it’s like my back gets to clock out before I do. The heat doesn’t hit you instantly, but after a few minutes it creeps in and you start thinking, “Yeah, I could sit here for a while”. The red light thing is there too - I don’t really overthink it, but it makes the heat feel deeper. The vibration is the real deal. I’ve had those cheap ones before where it’s just one motor somewhere in the middle, and the rest of your back feels left out. This one’s got four, so it spreads out more evenly. I end up switching between heat-only, vibration-only, or both at once depending on how I feel. Sometimes I go all in for the full treatment if I’ve really overdone it with lifting, bending, or just being on my feet all day. Battery life is solid for a couple of sessions before I think about charging it, which is easy enough with the USB-C cable. The magnetic little remote thing is surprisingly handy - I can change settings without taking it off or twisting around like a pretzel. Fit-wise, it’s adjustable enough with the extender so I’m not fighting the straps or cutting off circulation. It’s not like it magically fixes everything, but it does take the edge off after a long day, and it’s become part of my wind-down routine. Kind of like that moment when you finally sink into a chair after finishing a big job - you didn’t know how much you needed it until you got there. Really love it! Hope it helps.
