I bought this faucet to replace one on my kitchen sink. Installation was straight forward using the simple guide, took about 30 minutes from start to finish, with everything pretty much in one piece. Having a flexible 6" extension on my electric screwdriver was a big help to reach the fixing screws under the sink. After about two weeks one of the buttons on the sprayer broke. It was super easy to contact the Rulia service using the email address on their enclosed service card. This is my favorite kitchen faucet to install. I do property maintenance and this faucet is well designed and built, easy to install and the price is very good. The faucet supply lines come attached and are generous in length and very flexible making hooking up easy. There are washers with filters in the supply lines to keep particles from plugging up the spray head and extras are provided. You can mount it to a single or 3 -hole sink mount with the optional base. I have tried some of the similar faucets but they aren't built as well and as easy to install. Spray head is spray or stream and the spout is high arch for pot filling. Construction is stainless steel with brass mounting ring. I recommend it highly. ... show more

We purchased this faucet 4 years ago because my wife liked its look and you can’t beat the cost. We figured it might last a year or two before we’d need to replace it, but at this cost we were ok with that. To our surprise it only just started leaking from the sprayer head after around 4 years of daily use. Even with it being that old I reached out to their customer support and they were super helpful and shipped a replacement cartridge to us at no cost, which fixed the leaking issue. Not surprised that I had to go to Home Depot and buy adapters for the hoses since campers have some variances in household appliances. Comes with a female attachment. The hot/cold hoses are smaller in diameter than my previous faucet. That said… Installing in a camper makes for extremely small space to work in, intense positioning, a good chunk of time, and very sore neck muscles the following day. Obviously this is a subjective experience. HOWEVER. faucet is installed. No pain no gain, right? Ha! The hot water connection at the end of the hose is leaking!!! Which means I am going to have to take the entire thing out to send back and install another one and hope and pray the next one is legit. My frustration is unmeasurable. ... show more
