I initially ordered two XL according to the measuring guide and it was way too big from thigh below. James helped by sending both L and M literally the day I contacted them when I told James I would be okay with M. And then when I tried on M, it was still too big but this time from knee below. So I contacted them again and asked if I can return what I got so far and have them replaced to two size S. Then Benjamin told me it's all good and sent me two size S right away.
