Can't wear under certain clothing due to black color. A bit stiff & uncomfortable, as well as sweaty. It does help relieve backl pain. I have broken my neck & back 4x; so I may be to critical. Future abdominal binder is more comfortable and can be worn under anything, I prefer the Future unless I am lifting construction materials. ... show more
