I had never experienced back problems before, but I recently sprained my lower back during a work trip. Lacking a measuring tape, I decided to order the back brace in my typical size, which is a 31 in Levi's. After checking the reviews, I opted for a large size. Surprisingly, despite not paying for expedited shipping, the brace arrived the very next morning. Upon unpacking it and trying it on, I felt immediate relief from the discomfort. The design includes an adjustable lumbar support pad on the inside, easily modified with Velcro. The outside features a sturdy plastic support that gives solid backing while still allowing for comfortable movement and sitting. The included instructions were helpful, but I found the brace easy to put on and adjust without much trouble. It boasts a thick Velcro-secured band for a reliable fit, along with two side bands attached to smaller bands for additional tightening if necessary. At 5’4” and about 150 lbs, I felt confident in my choice.

I ordered the size by the chart provide and received this product quickly. Wore it the first day with no problems at all and made my back feel much better. Day two put this on and the small portion of the hook and loop would not hold very well. Bend over and it pulls loose, sit and it pulls loose. I am trying to figure a want to modify this so it will stay in place. It does work as witnessed the first day and started creating frustration the second day. You may have better luck as I feel this is a helpful product. Will get it figured out.
