A little over a year after buying this table, the glass shattered in the middle of the night with no apparent triggers. It was a laborious cleanup that took around 2 hours. Of course it was pretty frustrating. I sent a picture to Nathan James and explained what happened and within the day they responded asking for my address to send a new table. I thought that was great and once we got the new table I figured it had been solved in a satisfactory way. A little bit later, though, they sent me these chocolates. I've never had a company smooth things over in that way, but I really enjoyed the chocolate :) and I appreciated the quick resolution and lack of hoops to jump through. So I will continue to recommend the brand and hopefully that incident was just a one-off. ... show more

Customer Service actually got this table an extra star. The glass top came shattered into a million tiny pieces. Both CR’s that I spoke with were absolutely wonderful and they resolved the problem the same day. The table is great size for a small room and the design is very nice but the finish looks a bit cheap in comparison to other items with same finish that I bought from another site. ... show more

Unique table since you don’t find oval shape often. I didn’t want the room to be so boxy with a long rectangle table. After searching finally found the perfect option. It was super easy to assemble. I did so solo in about 15 minutes. It’s definitely a bit warmer toned than I expected but still works. I was hoping for a light natural wood but it’s a bit on the golden side. The table itself is very pretty and simple to put together. It maybe took 5-10 minutes with me and my husband. Overall it feels very sturdy and good quality, however the tone of the stain/wood is a bit more yellow than how it appears in the advertised pictures in my opinion.
