I love this little back brace and have used it a lot. It is lightweight and comfortable to use. The main drawback for me is that the "ribs" that keep the brace from rolling on itself break through the seams of their casings quite easily. I've sewed them in the past but my first one is pretty much shot. I've got a new one now that I use as needed. For a Copper fit product I would not recommend this item. After a couple of days of wearing it on my walk around the neighborhood, It started poking me. As you see from the photos, the things supposed to help it conform to your body wore through the made to hold them in. I soed it back up on a couple of them and it would poke out the other side as you see. I'm actually about to return it cause I'm tired of continuing to fix it. ... show more

Does fit tight enough if you are a lean person 30”-32” waist. More suitable for 36” and up.

Was not too comfortable and then it started to unravel at a large, reinforced seam. Put it aside with the thought to return it but I waited one day past the return window. My bad. I will try another brand.
