Was very skeptical about a amazon ac unit but this thing was easy to set up, pre-charged, and cooled down my 16x20 cabin extremely quick in 100 degree July temps. Gets us super cold 🥶. This is absolutely amazing. Have yet to try the heat. Definitely a easy diy kit. All the heating and air companies around me wanted double for half the unit size. I went with the 220v 24,000 btu. 2 ton unit because my cabin has two floors. I do want to see if I can add a thermostat and locate it on the other end of the cabin for better temp control. My brother has installed several mini splits and this brand was one of his top recommendations. The items were delivered quickly and in great condition (via Fed ex). We purchased in Jan and didn't install until middle of March. I had a question about my order and even though it was way past the 30 day return window the company responded with a phone call (very nice customer service agent) and answered my questions fully. This seller went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. I will 100% order from them again.
