Unfortunately, there are several 220V plugs on the market. It is too bad that when ordering the unit, the specific plug cannot be requested with the order. Would save a lot of time and grief on pug selection. Other than that , the unit is exactly what I expected. Easy to install and use.

I bought this in June of 21 here it is Nov of 21 and it will not work in heat mode ac runs great when you switch it to heat pump only electric heat and it tripps a 20 amp 220 breaker after about 5 mins called cooper and hunter they gave me the run around sent a new board had a Tech put it in still will not run in heat pump mode still tripps breaker I asked about a warranty there none I want it fixed I bought a packaged Heat pump unit ... show more

The unit was delivered when expected but was lest on the sidewalk leading to our house. Not the most secure location We installed the unite in the same location as our previous GE PTAC model fit was fine. Now the bad news is that this unit is quite noisily. It works well but it’s noise level is somewhat distracting. I wish there was a way to make the compressor quieter otherwise the unit works fine ... show more
