The Cooper Discoverer SRX All-Season 265/50R20XL 111T Tire uses innovative technology like a new coupled silica compound, Wear Square Visual Indicator, and 3D Micro Gauge Siping to provide real-life performance, in real-life conditions. The Cooper Discoverer SRX blends technology and advanced engineering to deliver confident all-season performance for a wide range of trucks, CUVs, and SUVs. The 3-D MICRO-GAUGE SIPES are an innovative technology that allow the tread elements of the tire to interlock which stabilizes the tread. This maximizes tread contact with the road surface to grip the road better, significantly increases traction in wet conditions and light snow, and results in superior handling. Micro-gauge sipes also reduce potential stones captured in the tread. The WEAR SQUARE is a visual wear indicator so that as your tire wears, the shape of the visual wear indicator will change, allowing you to approximate the tread life remaining on your tires. Knowing the approximate tread life remaining on your tires can give you more confidence in your vehicle. The STABILEDGE is the bumper strategically located in several grooves of the tire's tread, which helps stabilize the tread elements during driving conditions, enhances the steering precision, and provides a better feel for the road. The Stabiledge feature also assists in keeping the grooves open at the ‘tire-to-road’ contact area, providing good traction. The Cooper Discoverer SRX is designed to provide a long tread life and maximize ride comfort for a wide range of trucks, CUVs, and SUVs.

I bought this single tire as a spare, but just wanted to let buyers know that after about 20,000 miles these tires get really noisy. My wife never complains, but after riding in her van I can see why. They have good wet weather and snow traction also.

I bought a set of these for my Ram 1500 3 days ago. Thanks to Michigan weather, I can already give a complete appraisal of them. First day I took them onto gravel roads to test the traction; they passed with flying colors. Drift was minimal and easily controlled. Next I hooked up my boat, and they performed flawlessly with the light towing. Next day was a road trip to the Upper Peninsula which ended with driving through a light dusting of 4" of snow (Michigan humor). Traction was excellent and I went through some deeper drifts with no trouble at all. Coming back to central Michigan today I drove through moderately heavy rain, and once again the tires rocked. If you are looking for some tires for heavy work or making your truck handle like a sports car, you should probably look at a different tire. But if you want a great road tire (quietest tire I've ever ridden on) with moderate off road capabilities, you can't find a better tire. Two thumbs up! ... show more

Tire Dealer wanted almost $2,000 usd for new tires for my Ford Expedition, got a set of 4 of these, delivered for my 22" wheels for less than $800, and took them to some tire shop and had them installed and old tires disposed of for another $60.00. Don't be a dummy, buy your tires on Amazon, and have them installed. Save yourself $1,000!!!!! ... show more

These tires are a perfect replacement for the OEM Goodyear Fortera that came on my 2014 Durango. They ride great and look so much better. The only disappointing part of this purchase was Amazon. I was sent two year old (New) tires. I contacted Amazon to ask if they could send me tires manufactured within one year max of my purchase. I know that they should be fine, I just feel that when you purchase new tires, you should get tires no older than 1 year old. Amazon agreed and assured me they would send newer tires ASAP. Well I received the 4 new tires and guess what? They sent me tires with the same manufactured date as the first four. Wow Amazon! What a freeking waste of time and money. Why would they promise something they could not provide. I would have been fine if they just said they could not send newer tires and offer me something else. This would have saved a lot of time & shipping costs. Epic fail on your part Amazon. I called after to explain, that was again a complete waste of time. I forgot to mention that the first contact had only setup for two tires of the four to be exchanged, this wasted more time having to contact Amazon again and explain again. I will not purchase tires from Amazon again and I will be sure to let others know what to expect. ... show more

I bought 4 of these and after professional installation one tire has 25lb road force (don’t know? look it up). The shop measured rim runout and everything and concluded that the rim is not bent and that Amazon sent me an egg, not a tire! Yea it’s 1 outa 4 but why pay $120 for a brand new tire that only has 1/4 the life expectancy expected? They aren’t gonna refund the double installation ither if I’d do the replacement route. It degrades the fact that it’s made in the US or that It has 720 threadwear. I will not buy this again and recommend you stay clear from “sold by and forfilled by Amazon” for these cooper tires. 18/07/22 : despite’s the initial frustration above ^ the tires are still being used as of this day 💪 ... show more
