108 Inch Sectional Sleeper Sofa with Pull Out Bed, U Shaped 7 Seat Modular Sectional Sofa with Storage, Sectional Couches for Living Room, Cloud Modular Couch, Removable Sofa Cover, Dark Grey My main priority for a new couch was that it must arrive in separate pieces for ease of setup. Our porch/doorway arrangement would never allow for a large one-piece traditional couch to be moved in. We figured that ordering from Amazon would be the way to go, since the nature of delivery by parcel van would insure that the couch would arrive in manageable chunks. Indeed it did, as we received 5 boxes (on 2 successive days), each box weighing no more than 75 pounds. Assembly was actually not very complicated and actually quite fun. The designers were smart in that they reused the same pieces as much as possible. Each part of the furniture has a large letter printed on the bottom of it (or on the bag), so it's easy to identify parts even if you don't know what they are called. The same size of bolts/nuts were used for almost every connection, limiting the confusion. They even include the special deep-socket tool that is needed, as I quickly found out that my regular socket set was not going to work. During assembly, I found everything to line-up and connect accurately. No hassle at all. I did find a few bolts that weren't threaded well. There are enough extras included to deal with that, however. Once we got it all assembled & set where we wanted it, we are finding the couch to be worth the money spent. I know some people will find fault with the thin back sections, or find the armrests not as puffy as they like. Whatever! I grew up in with a big family. Money didn't allow for fancy furniture, so I'm used to dealing with what you got. Throw an extra pillow or blanket on it if you need some more comfort. That's what we did. As is, the cushions & support seemed great to me. But like I mentioned, I'm easy to please and appreciate what I have available. I did sleep on it a few nights and thought it was fine. Not as comfortable as a 'real' bed, but once you get your pillows arranged right, it works out OK. The hidden storage compartments are awesome. We're never had furniture with that feature before. The pull-out section is cool, too. You do have to practice a little to fully understand how the mechanism unfolds & folds back up. It works a TON easier than our previous couch which had a reclining function that became, over time, almost impossible to use. ISSUES.. Just a few minor. - You are somewhat locked into the configuration that you've set the components into, as the pieces either bolt together, or fit into locking bracket. The ottoman is not locked-down and can be moved easily as needed. Everything else stays put unless you want to spend an hour unbolting things. - The back cushions are not very securely connected to the back panels. They are just held in place by strips of 'hook & loop' material (can't say the brand name that begins with 'V' and ends with 'elkro'.) Sometimes when moving around on the couch, I will put my hand on top of a back cushion to give a push. Bad idea as that just pulls the cushion away from the back. I got used to it quickly, though, and don't find myself doing that any longer. - With such a large area taken up by the couch, we find that we miss having places conveniently available for sitting drinks, phones, snacks, etc. If you have a coffee table, then that gets in the way of the ottoman & pull out couch. They should look into a way to include some cup-holders on the armrests, if possible. We're trying to find some kind of product that will give a stable way to have some drinks & small items handy will relaxing on the couch. Maybe one of those things intended for storage on a vehicle's bench seats, or for use at the beach/outdoor events. We looked at a LOT of furniture before choosing this one from Howjoe. This one struck the right balance between functionality, convenience of installation, & price. It worked out perfectly for us. Just a bit of advice: Be absolutely certain when ordering that you are specifying HOWJOE as the seller. There are some jokers offering to sell/ship the same exact couch for a big discount (like 40% less than HowJoe.) We fell for this deception. Amazon refunded our money, but we did waste a lot of time. If it doesn't say SOLD BY HOWJOE, look for the 'Other sellers on Amazon' section and see if HowJoe is listed there. As I write this review, this scam is still going on (with MANY Amazon listings, unfortunately) so take your time when ordering.

I would give this 5 stars however the pillow on the arm rest is ripped and the pullout bed gets stuck on one side and does not go down properly. Other than that I do love this couch, it’s firm yet very comfortable. It’s a bonus that I can wash the covers and back pillows on it as well.

This review is all over the place, but one thing is for sure, I have nothing good to say about this couch. I barely even sit on it and we've had it for less than a month. Is it sturdy? sure, maybe. I have already noticed the spring tear through the cheap fabric/cloth it covers. It's not at all flattering as some people have reviewed. I do not like the quality at all and it has a strong chemical smell. I had to air out the house for a week. It's smaller than I expected. The pull out rolls out from under the couch and I have to constantly try and put it back in the roller slot. It's also hard to get the pull out to come up. Both back and seat cushions are thin and make it very uncomfortable to sit in. Definitely NOT worth the money I spent and I am having major buyers regret. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Impressive value – generous storage and stylish design. Assembly is manageable solo but easier with two people (took me about two hours). Build quality exceeds expectations, with firm yet comfortable cushions (a plus for support). Instructions can be unclear at times, though that's typical for budget-friendly imports.

I purchased the Howjoe 7 Sea Sleeper Sofa and found the cushions to be comfortable, with overall assembly being relatively straightforward. The sofa arrived in five separate parts, all delivered at the same time, which was convenient. However, one section of the sleeper mechanism—specifically the hinge and part of the metal frame—arrived significantly bent, which made full assembly initially impossible. I reached out to the Howjoe team, who responded promptly and assured me a replacement would be sent. Unfortunately, they only provided new brackets rather than the damaged frame component. With some effort and careful manipulation, I was able to complete the assembly, as I preferred not to wait any longer. That said, due to the bent frame, the sleeper unit does not slide smoothly, which compromises its functionality. While the sofa has some good qualities, the damage and incomplete resolution from customer service have impacted the overall experience.

Extremely easy to put together. Actually was fun!! It’s firm on the seat and soft on the back part. I love the two storage areas. We use them for blankets and games. The gray color is very nice and the fabric is very nice. I’m so glad I got it. The pop out bed is awesome!! We leave it out most of the time and sprawl across the couch as only 3 of us here with this big couch. I would definitely buy this again and would highly recommend getting it!

I purchased this sectional in 7-piece dark grey color. After recent flooding, we needed a new sofa that would come in sections due to the tight turn at the end of the stairs. This worked great. Shipping was fast and there wasn't any type of smell to it. It's sturdy and the seats are firm. It's not a cloud sink-in type of sofa, which we were trying to avoid. We haven't tried the bed yet, but are happy we have it for additional guests coming this summer. The ottoman is a nice addition and I'm using it separately with an adjacent chair. While our room isn't finished yet, it's the start of a good foundation. Would recommend.
