The Cooper Discoverer H/T Plus All-Season 285/60R18 116T Tire is an all-season highway sport truck tire for drivers of SUVs and light duty pickup trucks looking for a ‘sporty' look. The Cooper Discoverer H/T Plus comes with additional rubber in the sidewalls to help protect rims. It is designed with circumferential grooves in the tread for continuous and efficient slush and water evacuation. The lateral siping and grooves in the tread effectively conducts water away from the contact area while combating irregular wear. The alternating tread block geometry provides stability for confident handling and reduces irregular wear for longer tread life and a quieter ride.

My car's factory tire recommend size is 275/60/R18. But factory recommend size tires were going to cost me more than 1000 dollars for 5 tires. So I bought 5 of these tires from Amazon for 650. Installed them all by a tire shop for 112 dollars. These don't rub in the wheel wells plus it has bigger foot print than the factory recommend tires. It throws off the speedo meter by .5 to .8 miles per hour but that's not a big deal. I live in Alaska and these tires has good grip on slippery roads also. Thank you Amazon for liberating us from the clutches of these local tire dealers and giving us a choice to choose better tires for affordable price. No suspension lifts or spacers are needed for installing these tires for 2006 Lexus LX470. Hope this helps the owners of 100 series Toyota Land Cruiser or Lexus LX470. These tire that I bought from Amazon are manufactured in 2013 but I don't care, as long the tire rubber is not dry rotted and has been stored in climate control storage, it doesn't matter when these are manufactured. I mounted these on some 2017 Chevy Z71 rims, which I installed on my 2005 Tahoe. They were priced right and they balanced well. Minimal road noise, too.
