I’ve had this pillow for a couple of weeks and I love it so so much. I added a bit of filling and threw it in the dryer according to the instructions. I have continued to pop it in the dryer for 10 minutes once a week and it refluffs it. It keeps its shape well, and it’s very comfortable for me being a side and back sleeper. It’s the perfect height to support my neck and shoulders and the shoulder cutout is the best invention ever. I love it, well worth the money to me. Quality is great, no weird smell, very think plush zipped casing. The filling is super fluffy and soft and doesn’t get hard in the cold air like foam.

To start, I have recurring neck and back problems. I also have a ginormous head making it difficult to support my neck and be comfortable. Often when I wake up the muscle between my neck and shoulder is basically a camel hump. I was using another brand pillow filled with shredded foam material, but I was continuously adjusting it and using other pillow to prop some edges up. I decided it was time for a new pillow and took a plunge on getting this Coop King Size Latex Pillow. When I first opened it I did not notice any smells. It felt medium soft, and not sufficient to really support my head and get my neck aligned. There was an included pouch of additional latex foam fill. I ended up loading all of it into the pillow and it felt just the perfect size. First use I noticed my neck was aligned and not bent either way, and my head was also cradled. I did not use any other pillows to prop up any sides. I woke up in the morning and my camel humps were nowhere to be found! While the price of the pillow is quite substantial, I think it is well worth the money. My only concern is longevity of the stitching and material. I can order packages of the filling without a new pillow so volume loss can be solved pretty reasonably. Excited to sleep now! Also eyeing some other Coop products. I can definitely use a new body pillow, foot pillow (6'4" so I need an extra pillow just for my feet since body pillows to run the full length). Also interested in the sheets and blankets since I'm already impressed with the quality of their latex pillow. All in all, no regrets purchasing. 🙏🏻

I was in a bad car accident 10 years ago, sence then I have been on the search for a pillow that doesnt cause head aches and gives me good neck suport. Much to my demise, every pillow ive tried gave my an under line head aches at best. Memory foam gave me the worst one out of all of them although great neck suport. Even the softest of cotten pillows gave me some level of head ache plus there was no neck suport and they would just go flat and hard a few month later. Recently I disocvered shredded latex. I bought some and shoved it in an adjustable pillow, it was great, but something was missing. MORE SUPORT! So I searched and search for an afordable cervical shredded latex pillow, the cheapest i found was $70 but not adjustable. then I found this one, shredded latex, cervical, and adjustable?! $150 OUCH!! but I was at my wits end. I spent more than that a year on these $30 ones that needed to be replace in a few months. Ill just try it. OMG Ive not woken up with a head ache yet and neck suport is there. This is money well spent if you have an of these issues.

This is a very good pillow, and it has noticeably improved my sleep. I wasn't sure about going with a shredded latex pillow at first, rather than a solid latex, but this turned out to be very comfortable, and the outer case is very nice as well. The only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is that I think the extra fill that it comes with should be at least twice as much for the price, but I still don't regret my purchase at all.

The quality of the fill was nice and supportive with having enough give. However, the amount of fill that was in the pillow was significantly lacking. It does include a package of additional fill, but even with that added, was not satisfactory. Honestly, needed another package of fill. Not sure why it was not filled well in the first place.... So the value is lacking, too expensive for what you get. Of course the company sells more of the fill stand alone, but I wish it was just the right amount in the first place.

So far so good. I think I found the one! I have gone through two other coop pillows. I like the quality I just have a hard time finding the perfect loft and firmness. The first one I bought was not for me but my husband likes it. It was too hard for me and I woke up with a headache however I did like the shoulder cut out. I then bought the Eden pillow which is a medium firm pillow. It worked for about a year but would flatten out and feel too compact and hard I would need to fluff it regularly. I heard about Talalay latex pillows and thought I would research them and was surprised to see coop had just came out with one in February so I bought it since I do like the quality and customization of coop pillows. This pillow is soft yet supportive due to the latex. You’re not going to sink to the bottom. It bounces back to it’s shape every morning so I know it will be perfect when I lay my head down at night. It doesn’t put pressure on my head and neck and cause any headaches. I slept on it the way it came for a couple nights before deciding I needed to add more filling. I used half the bag of filling and it is perfect now. It is a cooling pillow as well my Eden did get a little warm for me. The great quality of all of the coop pillows are worth the money. The outside cases are nice and thick I still use my own pillow case but appreciate the quality of the one it comes with. The zippers are nice and smooth as well. All of their pillows are heavier but I prefer that.

This pillow keeps my head aloft and my neck supported. It also keeps my mouth above the pillow, so I don’t immediately drool onto my pillow as soon as I fall asleep. I’ve had this pillow for two months now and it’s still perfect - has kept its shape 100%. It is lightweight. The manufacturer gives you extra dots of latex to fill it in more if you want. I filled some in to make it even fluffier in the corners,and then keep the rest in my bottom drawer for later on if needed. It’s made by a small company, which I love. The owner was also the Customer Service person until recently. I’ve been looking for a pillow for years that would do these things - I finally found The Pillow ! Very fair price for the high quality. No smell at all. I bought another one for my husband and for our guest bedroom. Throwing out all our flat old pillows. I’m a side sleeper and a back sleeper.

I was really looking forward to this pillow. I slept on latex pillows for many years before switching to something else for medical needs. But I have neck and shoulder issues (including a recent surgery which significantly increased the importance of a good pillow) and often headaches so I need something plushy soft but also supportive. I did a lot of research after varying memory foam pillows were too hard on my shoulder and kept coming back to this pillow because it was supposed to be supportive but soft and springy, not fighting back to inflate like memory foam, but the price was out of my budget originally so when this pillow went on sale, I took it as a sign. The smell coming out of the box was so strong it made me nauseous. So we have been letting it air out, testing the smell every few days, and it has not dissipated much. I had a pillow protector but it didn’t help so I finally bought a nice pillow protector to try and encapsulate the smell even better and it’s enough to finally make it tolerable. I was so excited to finally try it and that was so disappointing. The filling had no plushness feel, it was all just a rock. I guess you could say it was supportive of my neck but hurt my head and shoulders. We adjusted the filling to see if that would help and it did not. I’m so disappointed. And then the kicker is my return window closed yesterday so I’m stuck with an expensive rock hard smelly pillow. It’s just so disappointing
