Bought this for my oldest son and he has loved this new mattress. He is now able to get a full night sleep, where before this mattress he had trouble falling asleep and would wake up during the night. The mattress is comfortable, well-made, and a good value. I appreciated the ease of unboxing and setup, as it arrives compressed in a box. My son says it has "just the right firmness", and he has been getting the best nights sleep.

I was very uncertain about purchasing a mattress lik this one, especially knowing. Would be able to return it if it didn’t work out. My summer guests had been complaining about our old mattress setup in the guest room, so I decided to buy a new one. A standard mattress, at $1000 + even for a double, was just out of the question. Several friends had purchased memory foam mattresses for their RV’s and they recommended those. I went online and did a whole lot of reading up about memory foam and hybrid mattresses. Finally, because I like the added durability and extra support that a hybrid mattress apparently delivers, I ordered this one from Amazon. It was actually fun to set up. Once the very large box was wrangled into the bedroom and the mattress, in a tight heavy plastic bag, was put at the end of the bed, the fun began. The enclosing bag was slit carefully open. Like a living thing, the mattress ban hissing and moving all by itself. Over the course of several minute, it unfolded and inflated almost completely. It was great fun to watch the spectacle of a mattress “creating” itself right in front of our eyes! ( Humor me, dear readers, I’m 78 years old and it doesn’t take much to delight me these days!). The mattress is firm, just the way I and my guests like it. It has a comfy memory foam layer on top that is nice on your joints after several hours of lying on it. It’s a tall mattress (12”), and I’ve put another memory foam mattress topper on it for extra comfort. My guests say they sleep very comfortably now with no aching backs or hips in the morning. I take naps on that bed, and I and my little dog love the supportive comfort it provides. The price, compared to a standard mattress, was amazing, delivery was fast, and as I said, setup was not just easy, it was entertaining too!

This is an update to my original review. After posting my dissatisfaction with the firmness ago the mattress and my ability to teach customer service, someone from the company reached out. They do so quickly - within 24 hours. They said they do not have a dedicated website or a phone number to customer service (the website I had found may have been a fake?). They were very willing to help with facilitating a return. I opted to continue using the mattress for awhile longer to see if I might get used to it and they let me know I could return it if I continue to find it uncomfortable. They also took note of the “decorative” handles and said they would share that with their manufacturers. While I still think the mattress is firm and not plush, their quick reply and the quality of the mattress overall has prompted me to update the review. My husband seems to like it and has no complaints. We are both side sleepers. He is 6’8” tall and weighs maybe 220? I am 5’10” and weigh 160. I am going to try a twin padded layer on my side and see if that helps. This mattress is listed as being medium plush in terms of firmness. It is not plush. Not at all. It is quite firm. If I wanted a firm mattress, I might be happy with it. I am inclined to return it but was going to wait to see if I might get used to it. The listing states that there is a 100 day trial window if you are not satisfied. I went to the company‘s website and sent an email asking for information about that. No one has responded to me. And the phone number they list on the website is not in service, which doesn’t give me a lot of confidence. It was such a hassle getting this delivered from Amazon. I’m going to have to see if I can return it via Amazon. The other issue with it is that it doesn’t have any handles on the sides. The picture of the mattress would make you think that there are handles. But it turns out it is just fancy stitching with no other purpose than to be deceptive. The mattress weighs a ton so it’s very hard to lift the corners to put the sheets on when there’s no handle with which to grip it.
