Fits like factory on my 2001 Dodge 2500 with no problems. Only issue was one of the studs on the top of the radiator used to fasten the battery cable down broke clean in half after the weld. But other than that it ain't bad.

The fan shroud does not fit well Pitcock on the bottom so close to the inner cooler you can't open it but it does seem to fit and work pretty well

I got it to fit after tweaking the pins on the bottom in towards the middle each side but then it went in as well as the top side tabs but i dont know hopefully that doesn't affect reliability long term. holds more coolant.

The mounting ears were bent on arrival, but I used a rubber mallot to get them back into place. It is a 4 row core, a little fatter, and the core rows a little smaller than my original two row cores, presumably to fit 4 rows in the core. You can't attach the second battery positive cable, but it sits along the top of the radiator fine. I will need to give an update once I pull my 33 ft 5th wheel up the hill in my 1995 throttle plate modified ram diesel in a few weeks the reason For this new radiator is to see if I can avoid blasting the heater while pulling the hills since I doubled the horsepower. ... show more

This is a great replacement. I saw others had fitment issues with the drain plug, so I expected that. Other than the drain plug, this is a well-built radiator that has increased my cooling capacity and reliability.

Running about 20 degrees cooler on Colorado passes while hauling heavy loads. Used to have to blast the heater to avoid overheating. The factory radiator accumulates unseen dust behind the shroud and intercooler - that was part of the problem. Easy enough swap once you figure out how to pop out the plastic bottles on both sides with a pry bar.
