I have terrible problems with pillows. I hate to say I have over ten small travel pillows that I sleep with. Each has a purpose. Everytime I go to bed I have a ritual round pillows towards the back of the neck, then small ones for my head to set on and it goes on till it feels right. Its a nightmare every night. I hope to get some good sleep every night. But, since now that I have this pillow I can honestly tell can you I have been able to sleep without any other pillows. It's been absolutely wonderful. When I feel its getting hot, I turn the pillow over and its cool to the touch. I'm so happy with this pillow. I would definitely buy this pillow again. I've had the best sleep, and the price is affordable as well.

-- [UPDATE] -- I LOVE THESE PILLOWS!! It took a couple tries for me to get the right amount of filling dialed in, but now that I have, they're the most PERFECT pillows I've ever had! Regarding my prior concern about the foam poking through the case? Nope. No way. Doesn't happen -- the outer cover these come with is so divinely plush, and the cooling side works wonders (even when covered in another sham/pillowcase) I've ended using these as the top layer of my pillow cocoon (the ones I lay my head/body on, directly) and I eventually even bought one of this brand's crescent-shaped ones too... Unfortunately, not nearly as impressed by that crescent one, but I think maybe the that's because I should've gotten a king-size instead of a queen-size, so maybe that's on me. I just bought another (non-crescent) to add a layer that I hope will realign my pillow fortress, but if that doesn't fix it, then I'll probably just give up on the crescent-shape altogether (add it to my dog's bed, or something) -- I do like the crescent concept, but in practice, I'm just not sure it's a functional addition to my pillow pile... 🤷🏼♀️ AAAANYWAY -- these things are great, the cases are amazing, and I don't think I'll ever buy pillows from any other brands, ever again! 1000% recommend! (They still definitely don't smell like tea, but given everything else about them is the peak of excellence, I've decided I can forgive them for that 🤣) -- [ORIGINAL] -- I haven't officially USED these pillows yet, (they're still off-gassing in my laundry room) but, while they do feel like they'll be plenty supportive, the listing's claim that they have a "Tea" scent is SO far off-base it was a little shocking. 😅 The smell is very much just that of plastic/foam off-gas... If your tea smells like that, please throw it out! Don't drink that tea!! Another thing that's a little off-putting is that the foam inside these appears to maybe just be recycled trimmings off of other foam products...? There's a WIDE range of different types of foam in there, and some of it still has a hard plastic-y outer layer on it... (Which you can DEFINITELY feel, poking through the inner pillowcase...) I'll have to update this review later, when I give these a trial run with the outer cases on and shams over top of those -- these very well might just have to be relegated to the supportive under-layer of my pillow fort. 😒 (I sleep in a cocoon of like 7-10 pillows every night... If you're a sane, normal person who intends to sleep on JUST one or two... Idk if I can recommend these ones... But I'll be sure to come make an update to this later if I can change this review)

I'm a smaller person 5'1" so I had to take some out after the first night waking up with a sore neck, but had been great ever since. I like that it had two different sides. Well see how much I like it as we go thru summer.

We bought one for my husband's neck pain and I got one just because I thought the 2pack was a good value. We've been using them for about a week. My husband's neck pain is much better and he actually has better range of motion when turning his head. I have always had trouble falling asleep quickly and I feel like this pillow has helped that. I have been falling asleep within 15 minutes (which is a miracle for me!). Also, the cooling aspect is wonderful! The price is well worth it for the quality of this pillow. We also love that it comes with extra filling and we can take out or add more according to the support we need.

thought these were the most comfortable pillows ever when i first got them. slowly removed some of the filling in both pillows i bought until they felt perfect. after a few weeks, it seemed as though the shredded memory foam filling was clumping together too much so i felt uncomfortable areas of too much or too little stuffing under my head. just became very uncomfortable and annoying all of a sudden. i think i’m just tired of all these shredded memory foam pillows because eventually they all seem to have this issue. it’s as though the foam gets too clingy over time and cannot resist clinging to other pieces. like i said, they were great for a bit, then the clumping issues started and immediately became an issue.
