I’ve been using the Vaverto Gel Memory Foam Pillow, and I’m really happy with it! It truly delivers what it promises. The pillow gives great support for my neck and shoulders and keeps me comfortable all night. I usually sleep on my side, and sometimes on my back, and it always feels stable and well-balanced. I received the pillow quickly, and it was well-packaged — compact and easy to open. Once I took it out, it expanded nicely and reached its full shape within a short time. The pillow feels very comfortable — both the height and firmness are just right. It supports my head and neck well without feeling too hard or too soft. I also like that it doesn’t get hot during the night, so I don’t wake up sweaty. I’ve used it for a few days now, and it has kept its shape very well. There was no odor when I opened the package, and it fits perfectly in my pillowcase. I usually sleep on my side, and this pillow works great for that — it provides good support and stays comfortable through the night. Overall, I’m very happy with this pillow and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive, breathable, and well-made memory foam pillow.

As other reviews here have mentioned, this pillow is like a couch cushion. It is a highly firm and thick pillow. One of the reviews here mentioned that this pillow was more ideal for people with broad shoulders or a bear. Well, being a big man with broad shoulders / a bear, this was the deciding factor for me to purchase it since I enjoy sleeping on my side and need a good pillow. I originally wanted to use this pillow as a hugging / holding pillow to use to sleep; however, I found that this pillow is not ideal for that due to its firmness and thickness. I was surprised to find that it was more ideal to use for resting my head when sleeping. I do agree with other reviews that it maintains it shape and won't create craters or creases in the areas where you rested your head. If you are looking for a VERY firm pillow, this is one to consider. This is not a pillow for people needing a soft pillow. EDIT 11/26/2025: I purchased this pillow again during Thanksgiving / Black Friday week. These pillows are not the same quality or product that I purchased back in April 2025. The pillow did not fluff up completely - the sides were still loose - and the pillow was softer and not supportive at all. The reason I purchased this pillow is that I needed a VERY FIRM and supportive pillow. I tried the pillows I purchased during Thanksgiving / Black Friday week and I sank right into them. I would recommend for anyone wanting a softer pillow but if you need a firm, supportive pillow this is not one.

I’m a total pillow person — I have six on my bed — and this one instantly became my favorite. The gel memory foam has just the right balance of firmness and comfort, keeping my neck and shoulders supported without feeling stiff. It actually stays cool all night, and the bamboo cover feels soft and breathable. I sleep in all positions, and it works great for each one. Highly recommend if you love pillows as much as I do!

The media could not be loaded. I was very excited for this. I have a similar camping pillow I adore from another company that no longer makes them. It shipped next day and I loved the speed it got here. When I opened the box, the bag on one end was open (see pic). It didn't look used, but it certainly made me think it was a previous return, especially when the instructions say to be careful opening the bag not to cut the pillow. When I started to pull the pillow out, it's apparent there is a lot of extra space in the cover compared to the size of the pillow itself. So I measured the case and then removed it to measure the foam itself. I ordered the standard size which states 25". The cover is certainly 25", but the pillow is actually 24". I like that the cover is bigger so it is easier to get on and off. Buyer beware though if you are looking for the pillow itself to be a specific size, this one is smaller than listed. I took a star off for this. There is an awful smell too, so those reviews are accurate. If someone said it didn't they must be nose blind or got a different manufacturer. The smell dissipated not long after opening with the cover on, but when I removed the cover - OMG it's terrible. I'm hoping leaving it out for a couple days will make it better. I'll update later. I took another off a star for this. It is soft to the touch, though memory foam does harden when it's cold. I'll try to remember to update in winter. Despite being soft like memory foam, it did conform to my head and body parts, but didn't sink to the bed holding them up enough to be comfortable. I can see why some would say it is firmer than most would like. The foam around the outside of your head will stay inflated while the rest in contact with the pillow will depress the pillow enough to cradle your head but the inflated parts of the pillow will touch the sides of your head. The parts not touched with body heat won't be kept soft, especially in cold weather or if you like to have a fan on you at night. I can see someone who has a larger and heavier build where this pillow would just flatten instead of elevating them to their desired height. For a smaller more petite build like myself, this is a perfect firmness for comfort that is supported.
