This is silky, soft and perfect. I have bought so many sleep masks and cooling masks and if I could give this one over 5 stars I would. Everything is perfect on it. The weight is great. How it molds to your face is perfect. How it fastens is perfect. It is slat laying on your side and does not move out of place. I was actually shocked when I first opened the package at the feel of the material. I love it. I am 66 and have finally found my perfect mask.

What I like is the softness of the material and that it velcros you can use it around your neck or around your jaw I had some dental work done and my gums were a little tender and I use this on my jawline and it really helped. What I don't like as much it doesn't seem to stay as cold as I would like it but overall I think it's a great product but I would recommend it.

This is one of those items you never knew how much you needed until you had it. It is such a problem solver at a great price and super helpful in my daily life. I occasionally use the mask to minimize dark circles, but more often for my chronic headaches and almost daily eye fatigue. My favorite aspect of this mask is how it simultaneously covers your eyes, forehead, and temples. Most other masks only covered my eyes and brow bone, and how it covers additional "real estate" is noticeably helpful. In particular, the fact that it is on my temples helps me with my tension headaches, as I always get them in the same temple. I was skeptical when I read that this mask was made to stay cold longer. I have owned many different eye masks over the years, and my pet peeve was having relief, and then it ended because the mask got too warm thanks to my body heat. It was frustrating. So I was pleasantly surprised that this one stayed cold considerably longer than the others I'd owned. I had to freeze it quite a bit longer (more than 20 minutes) for it to be cold enough, but obviously, this can vary depending on your appliance and personal preference, so it is in no way a flaw. The next best feature is that you can use it for other ailments. I have only used it cold so far, but it can also be heated. While I do not like warm therapy for my headaches and eye pain, only cold, I plan to try heating it the next time my TMJ flares, as I see in the description how it can be used around the face for a toothache, so I think it will work. I will also try it warm on my knee to see if it alleviates my arthritis pain the next time it arises. Once I try it, I will update this review with any insight. It is great to have one item that can help all these different things, making it an excellent value. I recommend it to anyone.

I got these to help combat the puffiness under my eyes most days on account of me being a terrible sleeper, but for the price I wasn't expecting much ($9.99 for 2) so it ended up being a nice surprise when they arrived. The masks were thicker than I assumed they would be and had a substantial weight to them. These are not the super cheap, super thin, Dollar tree eye masks I have used in the past. The outer material is soft to the touch and feels silky on my face, and the material inside is soft and pliable but not overly squishy. You get 2 masks, I got one blue and 1 black mask, and since I have had gel packs in the past for my back that didn't hold up as well when heated compared to when chilled and seem to leak/break down first I decided to keep them separate based on color and temperature. I use the blue one for cold and the black for heat. I have found that applying heat to the mask results in a faster temperature change than applying cold, but that is to be expected. The masks retain heat for about 15 min and the cool about 10. The masks go all the way around your head and attach in back via hook and loop fasteners. Since they are a little on the bulky side, they don't stay put very well if you are in the vertical position instead of horizontal, so I lay down while wearing them and they stay in place. I don't know if I love the fact that they go all the way around your head with the gel material inside, because my ears get pretty cold or hot depending on the temperature so it seems like kind of a waste of the gel material. I can't speak to their longevity or durability yet but I will update my review if they develop any issues in the future. But for now, I am happy with the purchase and would recommend them if you are looking for a cooling/heating eye mask.

These fit my 22” head fine but barely fit my partner’s larger head. There’s no measurements on the box so just be aware they may not fit all head sizes. I also just don’t love how thick it is on the back of my head for sleeping. For relaxing it’s fine, but my hair did get tangled on the Velcro.
