I was not expecting this to work for I have been having hot flashes at night for a year now. I figure it can't hurt, I tried it the first night and it totally changed my sleep no more hot flashes at night. It's kind of like a sheet but heavier and I swear it really does feel really cool to the touch, if your a hot sleeper or have those dreaded hot flashes this is it, but in the middle of the night I find myself waking up with a blanket on top of it because it really does stay that cool.

After my husband and I discovered this as a way to keep us comfortable enough to cuddle even in summer, we got these for both our girls, and wow. They sleep so much better, and they even love the color! Light and good quality, we wash roughly monthly and hang dry, and so far they're perfect.
