When I got them my granddaughter was here. She thought it was funny the way it expanded after I opened the plastic on the first one. I slept on it that first night, absolutely great. So comfortable,. I love squishy pillows, especially when they still stay a decent size. These stay a decent size even while being squished. My other half opened the second one. After it expanded some he felt it and was surprised how cool/cold it was to the touch. After sleeping on it he was impressed. I usually get chilly right before I'm about to doze off. So I'll cover up as I get warm I fall asleep. Which kinda sucks because then I get hot in my sleep. This help fairly well to help keep me cool. At least for a while longer then normal. Plus can flip it if I start to get hot and wake up. Since other side will be cool at that point. Tried using like memory foam, bamboo, ect. Lots of those are comfortable, but they eventually heat up to my body temp, then get even hotter as it reflects the body heat back and forth between my neck/head and the pillow. I overheat fairly easily. To others I always feel cool or cold to the touch, since I have a fairly low natural body temperature. So as I warm up to what most people would find around normal, it feels like I'm in a sauna, with a blanket over me. I wake up crabby, mean, have trouble even trying to think, or get moving. So far each night I've used this pillow, I've woke up comfortable at least. It's a bit cooler then it was earlier in the summer this year. But it's still close to same temps in my house most of the year. Especially in my bedroom, which somehow always winds up being the warmest room in the house,except maybe the bathroom, no matter what time of year. So it's been helpful. Also I love the covering it comes with. It almost seems a shame to cover it with a pillowcase. The thicker feel of the material makes it seem like it will last a long time. Very well made feel to it. So perfectly sort and squishy yet kinda firm as well. I love it so does my other half. So glad it comes in two packs, since he used to absolutely hate squishy pillows. If this had been a single pretty sure he'd be constantly steeling it from me.

Love my pillow, it forms to the shape of your body and the stuffing is so soft! I’m in my 20s and I have scoliosis, pinch nerves and two herniated discs unfortunately, so I'm always in need of a cushioned sleep. I’ve dealt with Walmart’s horrible pillow selection and target is not much better either. Most of the time Amazon comes in for the win! The only thing I dislike is sometimes it feels like it may lose its form but all you have to do is fluff it back and it’s annoying that you get provided extra pillow fluff stuffing when all I would like for it to be is comfortably firm already. I don’t want to at times if I don’t like the way this pillow feels go and put more stuffing in it myself that’s inconvenient and interrupting my much needed rest. Overall, I do recommend this pillow to purchase and to see better improved sleep quality and improved posture, and pain relief results give this pillow at least minimum 2 weeks before thinking of returning. & HAVE PATIENCE! - Rating: 9.5/10

I have been a latex foam pillow user for years and I admit, I was skeptical about the shredded memory foam. However I liked the idea about being able to remove some of the foam if needed, so I ordered them. The pillows arrived with clear instructions on what to do when opening. The box also included a small bag of extra foam. I was expecting an odor from the pillows and there was none. I followed the directions which said to place the pillows in the dryer on the low setting for 10-15 min to fluff. I was pleasantly surprised to find them nice and full about 5" high. As for the comfort - WOW! Not too hard and not too soft. I'm a side sleeper and the height is perfect for me....but again you have the option of removing or adding foam if you choose. It's a great feeling to get a good night's rest and to find a quality product at a great price/value. Highly recommend!!

I loved it when I first got these 1 1/2 months ago…the cooling features were great and the stuffed quality and comfort was great…until now. The minute you lay your head on it the pillow loses it’s plumpness and goes flat wherever your head is. The cooling effect goes away after 15 minutes wheee you lay your head and all of the stuffing moves to the sides of the pillow. You have to shake it back into shape only to have the same problem immediately. I turn this thing at least 4 times a night to get to the edge so I can try to find a cool place where the stuffing has moved to the sides. It is noticeably much flatter than when I received it. I cannot find anything to add to what style of stuffing is in there. The cooling part must rely on that stuffing so that could relate to it. My stuffing has gotten to the point that the stuffing has flattened and won’t hold the shape of the pillow….be careful…at first it’s great….until the stuffing crushes in a short time.

The pillows come with extra shredded memory foam to add as you prefer. Adding or removing filling is very easy and not messy. The pillows have an interior “pillow” case that holds all of the filling, so you can wash the outer case and add/remove filling without having it make a huge mess. The pillow has an insulated, warm, soft side and a cooling side of breathable fabric. So, you can adjust firmness and filling AND flip the pillow if you prefer a cooler or warmer feel. My husband and I desperately needed new pillows that were supportive. He is a warm sleeper though, and gets sweaty and uncomfortable easily. I am always cold! So, when we ordered this 2 pack it was perfect. As soon as we laid on the pillows the first time we both said “oh my gosh! HUGE difference!” We just wish we’d done this sooner. We are both sleeping better with less discomfort and stiffness in the morning. We kept the extra bag of stuffing and have adjusted the filling as we needed during the first month, as we decided what we wanted to be most comfortable. These are great! We will likely order another pair for our guest bedroom in the future!
