Have to say that it was a lot better quality than I thought I’d get. Metal was sturdy, the cable was protected and well made it seems. I didn’t like how it takes over the entire set of extra bays for pci/pcie but it’s exactly what the product is described and designed to do. Still feel like my 2080ti could use a tad bit more support, but I swear I even noticed a slight 10 degree drop in temps after the easy install. 1 small problem with it though- the screws to hold on the bracket weren’t long enough with a small gap it left. This GPU vertical mount is perfect for my build. I have a Coolermaster TD500 mesh, white, with a sky blue AMD RX 580 that I wanted to show off, and this all fits like a glove. It has instruments on how to mount everything, with visuals. Putting it together was easy! For such a large and heavy card, this mount holds it up in my crazy very well. It is made of sturdy aluminum and has all of the screws and cable you need. It is also able to be adjusted to be longer, for longer cards.     • Looks nice but causes GPU instability and crashes
Worked for 3 months, then started causing my GPU to have inconsistent crashing when opening and running games. Once I removed the mount and ribbon cable and seated my GPU normally, my GPU stopped having these crashes.

    • Fit & Looked good, but caused MAJOR performance issues
Difficult to install, mostly because by design the riser cables get smushed up against the motherboard and are very stiff. I even tried upgrading the cable. After installing, I got massive DPC latency spikes. This causes large lag spikes in gaming but also is a major issue for audio playback and recording. Never again. ... show more

Mechanically, it installed fine and looked great. However, I got a vga boot error 9 out of 10 boots. When I removed the adapter and directly used the pcie port everything was perfect. I’ll be returning and trying the NZXT brand instead since it matches my case.

    • This is NOT PCIe.4.0
I have an ROG STRIX B550-F Gaming (Wifi) motherboard with a PCIe 4.0 slot for the GPU and with this riser my GPU wouldn't work at all until I went into the BIOS and changed the PCIe for that slot to PCIe 3.0. The seller needs to and should clearly state that this is NOT a PCIe 4.0 riser cable.
