  • A small but powerful beast A small but powerful beast
Size: 9800X3D Style: RTX 5080
This thing is a beast! Came with everything like the page said and does not have any sort of bloatware or such. A massive improvement from my i5-11600kf and 3070ti.

  • Compatibility issues, but otherwise very good value with exceptionally good performance.
Size: 9800X3D Style: RTX 5080
Very happy with the low profile, value and performance of this rig. It is capable of running essentially everything, but not very complatible with a lot of EA's offerings. EA's problem, in my opinion. Only major draw back is the incompatibility of the included SDD with the latest iterations of Microsoft's disaster of an operating system and the lack of a work-around from Western Digital. Hopefully this somewhat intolerable issue will be addressed by Western Digital in the future. ... show more

  • Fantastic Mini ITX prebuilt. Fantastic Mini ITX prebuilt.
Size: 9800X3D Style: RTX 5080
This is an absolute beast of a PC. I've got a 4k OLED monitor and this machine really does it justice. It's compact, quiet, powerful, and will probably be the last PC I buy for several years to come.

  • Buyer beware!
Size: 9800X3D Style: RTX 5080
Beware! The computer was shipped nicely but when I opened the box I could hear a rattle inside the case. Turns out there was a screw loose and to top that off the computer would power on but not display anything on the monitor. I suspect that either the video card malfunctioned or it was not properly connected or secured. I also had a problem with UPS in returning the computer due to them losing the package in one of their facilities for 5 days. Over a bad experience. ... show more

  • Dead GPU, Good PreBuild
Size: 9800X3D Style: RTX 5080
The PC I received arrived with a dead GPU. PSA: always check prebuilt PC’s for any protective plastic film or foam in/on hardware. Pros: Compact Clean cable management Decent value Good bios Cons Being compact makes it harder to access hardware Insufficient packaging (or damaged in transit) Defective hardware Multiple PCIE slots disconnected on arrival I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt. All of the components were correct and I didn’t have any screws or miscellaneous parts missing like some other reviewers have mentioned, and the return process was very easy. ... show more

  • Powerful but fans are terrible. Powerful but fans are terrible.
Size: 9800X3D Style: RTX 5080
Pc is a beast. This runs any game I throw at it easily. Only gripe is top exhaust fans sound like they rattle or something. At low speeds they are quite but once they ramp up they produce a terrible noise. Ordered new fans with rgb to replace them with. Other then that this thing is compact and powerful. ... show more

  • Customer Service is seriously a nightmare.
Size: 9800X3D Style: RTX 5080
I've been building my own gaming rigs since the late 90s but decided to buy a prebuilt to save some time. I purchased and received this PC in late January 2025 and was pleased with everything initially. I've used Cooler Master products for years and especially loved (and still do) their case designs, coolers, and PSUs. Sadly in mid-March of 2025 (less than 2 months since receiving the PC), the GPU went dead (Gigabyte RTX 4080 Super). I was a little nervous that the components used in the PC were all Gigabyte stuff (which have been hit and miss for me over the years). This is when things went completely off the rails. Cooler Master, currently, has no real effective customer support outside of sending them emails. They do have a customer support phone number, but no one ever answers the phone and there is no ability to leave messages. When calling the number, there are multiple prompts for different departments from sales to accounting. Every single option goes nowhere. Emailing customer support does work, but their average response time is incredibly erratic. I've had them respond anywhere from 1 to 8 days. When initially emailing them, I told them everything I tried to isolate the problem with the most convincing fact being that the GPU would exhibit the same problem in another PC whereas the GPU from the other PC worked fine in the CM system. (For reference, the PC would boot into a black screen. The PC was obvious booted into Windows as I could hear the login sound, etc. --- this was not a low level issue.) I figured from my experiences in the past RMAs with various companies, the process would be simple. Return the GPU and then get another back within a reasonable time frame. Nope...instead, Cooler Master wanted me to send the WHOLE 30lb PC back to them...or actually...to their 3rd party systems builder - a small PC systems builder located in Southern California.) Of course, they would pay for return shipping, but I would have to pay to send a 30lb boxed PC back to them. From this point on, it took over 3 weeks for them to get me an RMA number. Yes, 3 weeks. I emailed them roughly every other day to figure out what was going on. At this point, I did convince them to pay for the return shipping and that added another 5 days before I had a shipping label provided by them. Sigh. So once they finally received the PC at their builder's site, it took another 42 days before I finally received the repaired system at my house. I opened up the PC to see if they had actually repaired the GPU or replaced it. They replaced it. The serial number was completely different. Thank goodness it was still the right GPU at least. All in all, it took over 3 months to have a broken GPU replaced -- For a PC I had working for less that 45 days. So if you end up with a PC that has zero issues and never need to RMA anything, then Cooler Master is fine. But should you get unlucky and have even the smallest of issues, good luck getting resolution with any ease. I hope you read this Cooler Master...you guys need to fix your Customer Service here in the US...in a major way. ... show more
