I have 8.5" hoverboard and I used to have hoverboard seat attachment for adults but my brother took it from me during his last visit because my oldest son was not using the seat attachment as he wanted to learn how to ride the hoverboard standing up. Well, after giving it away, my younger son has been wanting to ride it on a hoverboard seat attachment after his friends came visit riding on them. So I had to buy this one for my younger son and it fits well with our 8.5" hoverboard and this one is much cheaper than the one I had because this is for youth and children. It needed assembly for the seat and the pull bars but it was straight forward assembly. I like that length of the frame can be easily and quickly adjusted to meet the child's height and it's very sturdy and stable. A perfect companion for hoverboard for children. ... show more

The seat is super cute, the price wasn’t bad, and my son loves it. On the flip side the box came with way more things not put together with minimal instructions that doesn’t give you directions for all the pieces and I’m still not sure I put it all together correctly. I tried to find the directions somewhere Christmas morning, but couldn’t find anything. Being that if it’s not assembled correctly it can malfunction while he is on it I’d say that’s a safety issue they need to address before somebody’s child gets hurt! ... show more

Easy to assemble, granddaughter loves it (age 7), and it really goes FAST, she says. The flag is too short and the top of the flag is BLACK..? YIKES -- I went to bike store and got a regular bike flag with ORANGE on top and cut it down a bit. That works well and easily seen when riding the cart. I do not know what seller says about "safety break system, though?" All carts that we looked at operated the same and do not know what this feature is all about, so take it from there. Overall, it works, granddaughter likes it, and always wears a helmet when riding.... you could easily flip it over if you hit a small hole or when doing proverbial "doughnuts" with it... ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Bought my kids (11 & 20) hoverboards for Christmas and decided to get them each one of these attachments as a side thought. So glad I did! My daughter said it was the best gift she’s ever received and my son prefers sitting and riding to standing on the hoverboard. My husband and mother even took them for a spin! The hoverboards we used with them are the GoTrax E3 model. I do want to say that the price on these has more than doubled since I ordered a few months ago, so keep your eye out. When I ordered, they were $39.99 each, though I would have been willing to spend a little more because they really made for such a fun Christmas Day! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Overall looks good. Giving it to my boy tomorrow for birthday. You will need lock tight for that pivot arm bolt otherwise it will come unscrewed. I’ve tried bending the metal to make the hardware seem longer, alas locktight it is for this. Also the flag is fiberglass and gave me splinters so I won’t use the flag. Maybe five stars if those two very minor things weren’t there. But for the price would definitely recommend. It’s Chinese stuff so what can you do. Definitely would recommend for the price though! ... show more

It was easy to assemble and add to our hoverboard. I wish the seat was a little bigger though. The hand controls can be tricky and difficult for younger riders to learn. But over all very fun! More fun for me than my kids probably. My 15 year old loves it
