Cream 3 seater sectional The fabric is so much softer than expected! After almost 5 months of looking for a sectional, I am so happy with this one! I don’t believe the material is linen as advertised, but I’m very happy with the softness of the fabric. The first package came 6 days earlier than the delivery date which was nice and was delivered by Amazon. Fed ex delivered my second box to the wrong house and this seller sent me a second one when I was unable to get fed ex to fix their mistake. Seller was awesome to work with! As for the couch, I agree with another reviewer that the legs are cheap plastic that could easily break, as you can see in my photos I bought wooden legs to replace the plastic legs, hoping that will reduce any risk of breaking and further breaking the entire couch if it falls. I also think it makes it look atleast twice as expensive. It is so easy to put together! Even know you should have another person help you if you connect your pieces I did it all by myself. I do also plan to buy firmer coushioning if it doesn’t hold up, as I like my couch fairly firm, I would say this is a medium firm couch and I’m very happy with it! I also plan to buy something to attach to either the couch or ottoman to hook it together when desired or put skid proof rubber on the bottom of the legs to make it stay in place. I’m 5 foot 3 and the cushions fit my legs pretty well, someone who is taller than me might prefer a couch with larger cushion seating. This is a very long 3 seater couch! If you’re looking for a long 3 seater couch you can lie down on, this definitely does it even if you are taller than me! The frame of wood seems very cheap and like it could break if I jumped on the couch, but I plan to add some sturdiness down the road to make sure I get the most out of this couch for the longest amount of time! The back of the couch is also not very sturdy so it’s best pushed up against a wall for support, I plan to look for ways to make it sturdier in the future. The couch is very light and each section is easy to move which I need since I move a lot. This is a great couch for a budget and great for anyone who wants to do their own alterations to make it even better, like I plan to. I love this couch!!!

I'm so glad I picked out the perfect sofa for my new home! Very comfortable, sturdy and easy to assemble. The colors are exactly as described and the fabric is good and easy to clean. The seats are very deep and spacious, which is perfect for my living space. The couch cushion and backrest are compressed packaging, so it takes about 1 day for the sponge of the cushion and backrest to fully support, but this does not affect the comfort of the sofa, I love it .

We needed a comfortable couch that would fit our small living room. We ended up going for this one because it looked the most comfortable. It is a dark gray color, soft material, and very fluffy. It does take time to fluff up and might take some punching and violently shaking the cushions to get it to the perfect fluffiness. For the price this couch is ok. I almost gave up and got one at living spaces for a similar style and cheaper price. But this will do for now. A few other things that I found a bit of a nuisance: the legs are plastic. I would’ve preferred wood or some sort of MDF or whatever couch legs are made of. They’re hollow and I feel like with time they will get damaged. The ottoman is completely detachable. Nothing is holding it together to the main couch. So technically it isn’t a “chaise” but an ottoman that can be placed in front of the couch to make it look like a chaise. The good thing could be that it can be moved around for extra seating instead of using it for your legs. Though when you do use it to rest your legs the ottoman will easily move away if it’s on wood floor. It is very annoying when I try to place my legs up to rest and a slight movement send it 6 inches further. I love building stuff and this was easy to assemble… except some parts are literally hidden inside a zippered pouch from the arm rests. The instructions do say that parts may be hidden but it doesn’t say where. We had moved all the pieces around and didn’t hear any screws or other parts moving around, which prompted me to contact customer service & was told to look in the zipper. The backrests are a bit difficult to place. It’s supposed to slide snuggly but these made me sweat. I ended up adjusting the bracket with a plier. It took a while to place them in but was doable.

The Sofa took me approximately 2 hours to assemble, despite not being particularly handy. The instructions were helpful overall, though clearer labeling of the pieces would have been beneficial (see attached photo for reference). The assembly kit included half of the tools and legs in a bag, with the remaining items stored inside a sofa piece with a zipper. The loveseat is better suited for smaller rooms, but it still presents well overall. I rate this product 5 stars primarily due to the outstanding customer service provided by Pohoo. Unlike many other companies on Amazon, which often take up to 48 hours to respond, Pohoo responded to my inquiries within 12 hours on two separate occasions. Their prompt and helpful support significantly enhanced my experience. Many thanks to the team at Pohoo for their excellent assistance.
