The package quality is great. The material is high quality. I love it and im so excited to start using it at work. It heats up nice and keep you warm. I tested outside in 30 degree weather and it kept me warm with no problem. My only problem is i listened to some of the previous reviews saying it came a size to small and that i should order a size up. Im a medium and i ordered a large... its way to big. But the jacket is really nice. Even the battery pack they provide looks nice. If youre looking for affordable good quality, look no further. Very happy customer, i will deffinetly recommend to friends and family.

This would be better if it warmed up the arms too. Honestly the heat factor aside, I love this jacket. It has a nice look a feel to it. The heating is ok but don't expect it to keep you warm down a ski slope. For getting in a cold car, walking the dog, or sitting at a sports game it's great. I can where a thermal sweater or thicker coat and still get jacket on over it for multiple layers. Of course that's going to depend on the size you buy. I used it for two hours straight on a charge and could have got more I just haven't needed to use it longer than that yet. The power bank it comes with is just a normal one you would buy for your phone. That's a plus because it can charge your phone or devices in a pinch and is easy to upgrade or replace if needed. There's probably better choices out there for the heating, but I'm still giving this 4 stars because it works and I love the jacket itself.

Unfortunately upon wearing, the item didn't work and we returned. However, the company reached out, resolved the issue and the product is great! It heats quickly and holds the charge well. We are so happy with the product now. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an electric coat.

I bought this jacket in perfect time. Today, outside temperature only 15 degree Fahrenheit and windy and after snow storm. This jacket really helps to keep me warm and cozy. There are 3 settings, white, blue and red. I turn it blue and it was so warm to stay outside for 1 hr. I don’t want to turn red because it will be too hot. It is unbelievable design and the jacket just looks so great too. I don’t need the north face tri climate jacket anymore because this is much warmer. I got medium size and it fits me perfectly and I am about 5’9 and 155 lbs.

It made it from January to middle of March before it quit working. Washed it 2 times and now it won't heat up. Big waste of money.

I bought this jacket as a test, took it to king of the hammers in Johnson Valley California. Are used it for the Monday night shoot out, and it perform pretty well. It was damn cold, less than 30°, and some rain. The usb battery that comes with it, works on high for about four hours. The jacket works pretty good as a windbreak, and kept me semi dry. It be great if the battery lasted longer, but the advantage of a USB, you can always add a bigger battery. When I got home, the jacket smelled of campfires. Remove the battery, put it through the wash, everything still works great.
