After trying many conditioners over the years I finally tried American Crew. Excellent formulation that softens and conditions hair extremely well. The scent for the conditioner is unfortunately far stronger than that of the shampoo and to me a bit overpowering. While I like the product itself, the shipping was an issue. The product arrived with the cap partially unscrewed, which left a bit of a mess both on the bottle and in the shipping envelope, not to mention wasted product. Taping the cap down, like Lubriderm does for its lotions, would be helpful to prevent this. ... show more
