READ THE DESCRIPTION! I thought I was buying a replacement but it is a cover. However, it's a pretty good cover went in easily, fits great, and looks just about as good as oem. Was a blessing in disguise to have a cover as my truck is an ongoing project. I did not glue it down but instead used the super fine velcro tape in strategic places to hold it in place but make it easy to remove so i can work through the holes in the existing dash. If you want a replacement this isn't it, but it's a great cover module.

I have been putting it off for years, and finally my dash was breaking to the point it was losing places for the dash skin to adhere to, or be supported. I kind of glued some of the original dash back together to provide support for the dash skin then installed it. After seeing that someone else used velcro instead of glue, reasoning that he might have to access the convenient holes in the dash when working on the truck, I decided to do the same. It has been working well and I love that my dash looks like new now. I have noticed no rattling or noise from it. Don't know how long I will own this truck, but I hope the dash skin is made of more UV resistant material than the original dash.

The outside flaps definitely needed support, using a rag between door and dash to press it. I also put a washer under the screw to hold it in place. I removed the 5 fasteners across the front under the windshield even though there is space for them to stay under this cover. Even though one person can set it with adhesive applied, a helper will make it easier. Drilled the cover and replaced the fasteners, will make it easier to remove later if need be. (hope not) Looks great, hardly can tell it's a cover. Great paint match.

The cover looks great and slid right in place. I only have it test dry fitted for now but was very happy with how it layer in place. I would recommend installing on a warm day so the material is more pliable. My overall rating is 3 stars because like another reviewer, I found the dash cover is only thinly painted and scratches very easy. I pulled the dash out of the box to look at it and slid it back in the box without the plastic bag and found paint rubbed off on one corner in the middle of the dash! The cover would be worth the money if it were molded with the factory dash color in it. While my dash is Gray, the dash cover is actually black with gray painted over it.
