The media could not be loaded. So I wanted to wait a little while to leave a review to see if anything would fail. Nothing has failed and everything worked perfectly since the beginning. No need for customer support and no issues in the wiring ect. The only thing I can say that was horrible about the whole set up was the head set. If you get the 16GB, 1TB Gaming set honestly your good to go. The keyboard is honestly off the charts amazing from the sound to the response time. The mouse is good. The screen is overall pleasant. The tower really has all that says listed. Does have Radeon graphics card AMD honestly plays just about any game at mid to full graphics. Does run overwatch 2 at mid graphics/resolution. Honestly can not beat this for it's price. Great PC to also buy a new case for and just upgrade from there. The keyboard and mouse in the video are not the ones that came with the bundle. They are a high quality set that my fiance already had. But still the ones that came with the bundle are really good.

I bought this PC I the hopes of getting an upgraded gaming one from my antiquated one of 10 years. I got that... in some ways. Biggest issue is the graphics card, to which there is little reference to anywhere in the description on what type it is. Well it turns out my old one has an NVIDIA GeForce 710 and the new one has a 610. So... glad I spent money on downgrading which, after ten years of rapidly advancing tech, I didn't think was possible. The few games I could play on my old PC I can no longer play on this one. I talked to some tech friends and they said the tower has barely any room, if any at all, to bother getting a newer card which really sucks 'cause I do like the more compact size. I'm also annoyed with having to use a USB wireless internet adapter over having a far more reliable internal one. Tired of watching a video or movie and wondering why it isn't playing... oh 'cause for some reason it's just not connecting at the moment. Best fix has been to just take the adapter out and plug it back in. It does have its upsides and really isn't a horrible product if your looking for a fancy looking computer to do basic stuff, 'cause it's kind of slow and can barely play games that are at least less then 10 years old. (Edit 2 months later) So Im switching my review to a 1 star. Im already buying a new pc. This thing has pissed me off far to many times to be worth anything more then a paperweight. I had to replace parts to get it to run faster, the "fancy" lights died out, the keyboard couldnt register certain keys, the mouse had a hard time registering movement, and the nail in the coffin was the very unreliable external usb wireless internet adapter. Only thing I have left of this entire package is the monitors and Im just waiting to see how long they last before something goes wrong. Complete waste of money.

We bought this computer for our son for Christmas so he could play some games that required more than our system could handle. There have been a few issues that are in the process of being resolved by Tech Magnet, so it appears, if those issues get completely resolved, to be worth the 5 stars.

Our computer came very quickly and several days ahead of the expected arrival date which was very nice. The computer was well protected for shipping and still very easy to unpack and assemble. We did hit a snag in setting up the dual monitors but that was quickly solved with a quick call to the tech support number that was listed on a sticker right on the computer. I think the only negative I have is that the mouse, keyboard, headset, and the mousepad were not the ones that were pictured.

I am a beta tester for Windows 11 - and I had microsoft check if this computer is capable of running Windows 11. It is. One thing needs to be enabled, in the bios. BUT, when you attempt to enter the bios - it is pw protected. I asked the techs to call me, to have access to my pc, and to allow my access to my bios. No call was forth coming. I am a photographer, and I do freelance writing and photos. I wanted to put my photos and videos in the computer, so I could edit them. Says I do not have permission to do so. Extremely frustrating. Also, so you know - monitor has no speakers. What tower has is horrid. I want the tech guys to either return my $$$, or send me another computer, which has bios without a pw, and which allows me to save my photos, videos and documents. Once I have put, what is in this pc, into a new one, they can arrange to have this one collected. At their cost! I have more than 20 years experience, so when I say, it doesn't work - it doesn't work! Next. wanted to return this - BUT, I am disabled, and have no vehicle - and they want me to take the enormous box, I can't lift - by bus to the post office!! So, $500 worth of tech, down the toilet!
