My son needed this to keep on bandages after an injury. He said it was soft, comfortable and kept all of the gauze in place during practices. He also wore it to sleep since the compression helped with his itching during healing. We have been washing these daily and are still in perfect condition after two weeks. Great value. Didn't notice these are "kid's size" when I bought them. They fit my adult arms just fine and provide me with sun protection for my arms when wearing short sleeve shirts. If there is any air movement, these can feel cooler than going bare armed.

My 13 yr old daughter wore them for her travel volleyball. They only lasted maybe 3-4 weeks before she had holes in the elbows. Would not recommend these for volleyball. They would be fine for any other sport that doesn't require falling to the ground frequently.
