It wasn't hard to assemble, but I had to do it upright because of my 8' ceiling and it is a 2 man job. It includes enough soil and nutes for 2 5gal canvass pots. I bought 4 more bags of FFOF potting soil and used the super soil concentrate so I now have 5 5gal canvas pots. I read reviews of other tents where the main compliant was light coming through the zippers, I am not so picky but no light escape through the zippers and man it has a lot of them.
