Stellar upgrade for your table saw
This is a solid piece. You can feel the quality in the heft and lack of play in the adjustments. It’s compact enough to stay out of the way when not in use. The miter gauge is spot on accurate. I appreciate that the measurement windows are magnified making getting the right degree set a breeze. My 45’s and odd angled cuts have been more accurate on my saw than my miter saw. Love how practical and functional it is, it may not have some of the frills of more expensive gauges but has everything you’ll need for a very reasonable price

Miter gauge is well made, easy to set up and accurate. Excellent company with prompt communications.
The Goingmake Miter Gauge is constructed of aluminum alloy with the exception of the handle, and it's very well made. It's quite easy to to use. It miter bar fits and adjusts perfectly to the T slot on my 10" Skil Table saw - with virtually no wiggle. Unlike some other brands that require 2 or more steps, adjusting angle stops only requires the loosening of the handle. Angle stops are also very precise. The vernier scale is easy to read as well. Assembly, setup and alignment were also quite easy. Shipping was fast, and communications with the company were prompt and the representatives were reasonable and knowledgeable. Needless to say, I would do business with them again.

as with all other goingmake products this is excellent quality and the accuracy is spot on, a big plus is the calibration instructions for the stop, all the others i have, have scales that are useless this one is also specifically designed for "jobsite" saws as those have terrible miter gauges, this one makes for a useable gauge,

Very nice gauge. Very good quality and accurate. Easy To assemble. The only issue was that the first One I got was missing a knob. But one email and I had one a few days later no hassle. Second one came in perfect shape

I just received this and my unboxing was: WOW! This is WAY nicer than I expected. The Aluminum extrusion for the fence is NOT a flimsy piece like I've even seen WEN, Ryobi, Krell, and DeWalt pass off as a "quality fence" or T-track extrusion. Very beefy and dead straight & true. I'm equally impressed with the calibration accuracy of the fence markings and the tolerance/calibration to the stop block. the stop-block confused me for a minute. It almost looks like the mount for articulating the stop-block Up/Down is supposed to be thumb adjustable. but it lacks anything to get hold of. Upon looking at it, there are bushings of either Derlin or HDPE and the fit is just very precise and firm. Not overly tight, just not sloppy in any way, which is another A+ feature. Next is the miter adjustment itself. This is equally impressive. I have (2) other miters like this with "positive detent" positions machined into the aluminum head stock. Its a feature I've come to require. This one is so nice, the handle (which feels like 3d printed plastic) is purely for familiarity. The miter mechanism is so well made and machined the handle is not really even required to keep the selected angle position in a machined detent. Yes, increments will require the threaded handle at those positions. the bar-stock for the miter track is equally nice; the adjustment cams are not just cheap plastic, again more toward Derlin or HDPE. I'm beyond happy, so far. I will be whipping up a 48" Long x 6" Tall x 1" Thich HDPE Rip fence add on to this. Can't wait to start the next furniture project.

A Great Additon to my Table Saw
I use this on my Skil table saw. The runner is adjustable and easy to adjust for smooth movement across the table. The fence itself is easy to adjust for squareness to the blade. Once I got it set up it performed very well and square. The unit is very good quality and a great bargain for the price. It performs exactly and I wanted it to, and didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Better than expected!
I’m a hobbyist woodworker with a Ridgid r4514 jobsite saw. I’ve been building my own crosscut sleds for years because the miter gauge that came with my saw is practically useless for perfect 90 degree cuts. I’ve looked at all those fancy aftermarket gauges with envy for a long time, but most of them cost about half what I paid for my whole saw!!! Recently a YouTube video popped up where the presenter showed the five “best” miter gauges, they were priced 180-290 dollars each… again, I just lusted after them because I can’t afford such luxury. But… the next video showed Goingmake’s Compact Miter Guage at around fifty bucks and I hopped on Amazon and ordered it immediately! It arrived this morning. First impressions were good, it is well packed, just a few parts, and a very nice black finish. Straight out to the shop… I snugged up the miter bar with the set screws and nylon washers, mounted the fence to the protractor, and mounted the stop block to the fence… then, I opened the instructions! Time to calibrate. My guage was slightly out of square, but the process of squaring it up is straightforward, loosen two screws that hold the L bracket to the protractor and set a try square against the blade and the fence and tighten back down. I didn’t get it the first time, I believe I wasn’t holding the fence firm enough, but the second time was the charm. Dead nuts perfect ninety degree cuts!!! Next was the stop block, you set the pivot pin against the closest tooth and then slide the fence to zero it to the scale in the magnifying glass. Pretty simple. I made a test cut with the guage set at 8”, and my board came out at exactly 8”. Then I used my new miter gauge in a manner that it was not designed to be used… I set the pivot pin lightly against a tooth then rotated that tooth to the back of the saw. As I slid the miter guage to the back I found that my bade was not truly square to the miter slot. A very slight adjustment away from the rip fence, and my saw is back at 100%! This is the second Goingmake tool that I’ve bought from Amazon, I also have a thin rip jig, I’m impressed with the quality. Five outa five stars, perfect addition to my jobsite saw.

Great quality, precise performance, reasonable price!
This is my second product from Goingmake, and I'm already loving it!!! This miter guage offers so much more than the standard guage provided by the table saw manufacturer (DeWalt in my case!), and is built to heavy duty and precise standards! Ever own one of those tools that 'you just love the feel of?' It just makes you smile when your material handling gets easier.....
