The process of setting up the device beneath my kitchen counter was simple and uncomplicated. In a span of eight minutes, the first batch of transparent cubes designed for use in restaurants was ejected into the large collecting bin, and they were prepared to be used for both iced coffees and cocktails. My ability to monitor progress at a glance without having to check a handbook was made possible by the user-friendly digital panel that displayed real-time status updates. Over the course of twenty-four continuous hours, this machine consistently generated up to one hundred and ten pounds of ice, which was more than sufficient to suit the needs of weekend get-togethers, everyday smoothies, and beverages after supper. Even when demand was at its highest at a family cookout, I pressed the Quick Mode to speed up production, and the flow of new cubes never slowed down. I am able to halt production when there is sufficient storage space since the storage bin is large enough to hold around 26 pounds at a time. prevents the bin from overflowing. A characteristic that has stood out is the auto self-cleaning cycle that it has. At regular intervals of twenty-four hours, the machine will begin a moderate flush that will remove any mineral accumulation and disinfect the interior channels. We purchased this to replace a countertop ice maker that gave us years of great reliable service. We bought this for two reasons, more ice capacity and it would take 5 gallon water bottles. Well, that was wishful thinking. We re cieved it on June 4th and set it up following the directions. Leveled it and placed a 5 gallon water bottle on it. Sadly it has collapsed every water bottle and then gets an error code E-2. We check it and the bottle has collapsed. We "burp" the bottle only to have it do it time and again. Does it make ice? Sure, but you literally have to babysit this damn thing. We have searched the internet to find a simple solution with zero success. Would I buy it again? That's a resounding NO! It only filled up with ice and shut itself off like it's supposed to. The directions are of zero use regarding this issue. Buyer be aware.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It works, but the ice doesn't break up good, will jam the full bar because the "sheet" of ice gets stuck against the water reservoir, and the ice melts a little too quick while in the bucket. It would be fine as a small bar ice maker, but it doesn't hold a lot of ice. The good side is it makes ice pretty quick

First Impressions So why did I buy this particular ice machine? Because it had next-day delivery—and that’s the only reason. I’ve been eyeballing ice machines and thinking about getting one since last year, and when I finally decide I want something, I don’t like to wait. LOL. I do summer stuff like fishing and taking kids to the lake, and I always keep a 28-quart cooler in my truck for drinks and picking up meats and such. Basically, I go through a lot of ice, and I’ve just had it on my mind to get a machine of my own. First impressions are good. It arrived the next day and took less than 10 minutes to get it out of the box, set it on the counter, prep it, and get it running. I decided to use the water bottle setup because I want to see how much ice it’ll make per bottle. First recommendation: don’t fill the water bottle all the way. After letting it run a bit and seeing how much ice it cranks out, half full is a lot easier to handle. I placed it on the counter next to the sink for easy setup and drainage. I’m sure I’ll end up moving it around until it finds a permanent home, but it’s light and easy enough to move wherever I need. I can definitely see taking it to a campsite at the lake and just letting it do its thing. Right now, it’s dropping ice every 10–12 minutes—40 cubes at a time. It’s been running for about 3.5 hours, and that’s long enough to get my 28-quart cooler about half full. The bin doesn’t hold much (which I expected), but it’s plenty for making drinks or keeping things chilled in small batches. I just scoop it out about every 30 minutes. So my first impression is solid. BUT I’ll post an update next weekend, then again at 30 days, and maybe later on as it ages—just to see how well it holds up. Would I recommend it? So far, YES.

Works like crazy and has excellent ice capacity. We left it in place for 24 hours as stated, and then we turned it on and connected it, and we had ice coming down within a few minutes. It makes ice very fast and works very well. It can be connected with a waterline or from the top with a water container. It is very easy to grab some ice, and it is nice, clean, and clear ice. It stops when the compartment is full and keeps the ice cold and stable for when you want to use it. It works day and night, and I have had no issues with it. Makes way more ice than our big family can finish.
