We use this dehydrator in our restaurant bar to make dried fruit for cocktail garnishes. It works great – fast, quiet, and dries very evenly. The fruits keep their color and look beautiful on drinks. The stainless steel build is solid and easy to clean. Excellent for any bar or restaurant!

The push buttons for temperature in time stopped working on the fourth use. Same day it ran for 24 hours instead of four hours. Run away from this product.

I love how easy it is to transport since this isn't an everyday appliance. It works really great! You can make so many different things in it the possibilities are endless. I love how it comes with so many different racks so you have everything you'll need. The rack are all removable for easy cleaning. There are several different heat settings and has a timer as well so u can be reminded to check on the gmfoos just let an oven. Perfect size for what we were needing.

The dehydrator arrived in perfect condition—securely packaged and without any shipping damage. It heats up quickly, operates quietly, and the drying results have been excellent for both fruit and meat. However, the included trays are a bit disappointing. Some arrived slightly warped, and the quality doesn’t match the rest of the machine. One important note: there’s a thin film on the back of the trays that can be easy to miss. It’s important to remove it before using the trays at high temperatures. Overall, the machine itself performs very well, but I hope the tray issue will be addressed in future versions.

Don’t purchase this dehydrator. We only used it a few times and it quit working. Flimsy piece of junk. We should have checked the reviews more thoroughly before we bought it. Won’t replace after 30 days. Learn from our mistake and buy a different brand.
