Item packaging was good. Delivered on a pallet with strapping and shrink wrap on the shipping box. internal lights are bright and same for the display sign on to. I am using to store drinks and sugar snacks, adjusted the temperature to a higher temperature as i do not want my drink so cold. this is a commercial model that i am using in residential home. to change any of the settings you need to remove the front cover to get access to the controls. Sound is not to bad when only the circulation fan run but louder when the compressor also runs. have a high volume floor fan that makes more noise than the cooler. the freon is not 600 but is 290. Customer Representative answered when I called to return the call from the previous day i am in East coast She was on west coast. Tracking was accurate . ... show more
