The good: lots of space, VERY cold, looks sharp. The meh: watch out for that frost collection on the top! makes a "wheeeeeesssh" sound when you close it as the air inside contracts. Kind of weird at first, then rather reassuring. The what?: shelves are flat and your food could fall out if not placed securely on them! A little lip at the front would have been a nice touch to prevent this. The come on!: NO INTERIOR LIGHT.. BUT if you have a small battery LED (round stick-up type) you can keep it in there and just press the button to get some light in there. At least that's what I did. And yes, even the frozen batteries still work. who knew? It's not going to stick anywhere, just have it on a shelf. You can be more creative, but no interior lights just seems like a big oversight. pardon the pun. ... show more

I'm not saying anything that hasn't already been covered in other reviews. When the item arrived the box had no damage so I was hopeful that mine would not have the cosmetic damage others have noted but I do have two small dents on either side and a scratch further up on one side. Upside is it doesn't affect the function of the freezer and it'll be going into a space that will hide the dents BUT these are clearly an issue with handling at the manufacturer and not in shipping so hopefully they find the problem and fix it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. They handled it nicely no dents and its huge! I got the 5.0 cube in blk and it's so worth it. This is a really good deal esp since I just needed more space for meat and breast milk.

Freezer stopped working 4 months from when delivered. Been told multiple things by warranty service company. First being they will deliver a replacement in 7 to 10 days and take the old freezer. Over two weeks later no freezer, no call, no email. Had to reach out, they claimed they sent an email with directions. Requested for email to be resent. Which stated they will not take the old freezer that is on us to get rid of, but they want proof of purchase, label off back and to cut plug off and send it to listed address in email and once they get it they will send a freezer. Getting conflicting information and not comfortable with new direction. Requested clarification as to why, no email reply, no return call for over a week. Had to call back yet again. Was told our case number I gave two times was not the correct case number, only to give phone number and was told the "correct" case number which was the EXACT case number I gave her. So I will be sending this required items, but it will be registered mail that someone WILL sign for. I am not having them come back and say they never got it. Think strongly before buying! ... show more

It gets a little too cold even on the warmest setting. Everything is DEFINITELY frozen, so that’s good- but freezer burn is definitely something you’d want to watch out for. I keep mine in a laundry room, so it isn’t really seen by company or anything- but it has several dents as other people said theirs did too. If that would bother you, I wouldn’t get this. Seems to be a good deal and keeps temp constant. I have it in the basement tho so the temp is very consistent down there on the cooler side. Shelves are nice size, compact but hold several packs of sausage. I also have a couple of 6# turkey breasts in there on a shelf and they fit fine. The only issue is the door opens with depressed slots as handles on the top of the door and I always tip the unit when I try to open so it takes two hands to steady and open. Not a big deal but if that type of thing would annoy you, you e been warned ... show more
