I bought this futon for my grandson to sleep on when he spends the night. It was very easy to assemble. It arrived on time. I did order a twin topper to make it more comfortable for him to sleep on and he loves sleeping on it. I didn't have him sleep on it without the topper, but the futon itself is very comfortable to sit on. The pillows are removable, they are not attached. I love that it has the extra legs in the back zipper compartment to make it more stable when converting to a bed. He's happy and so am I.

Paid $130 on black friday week. Arrived within 5 days if i recall or less. One person 🧍 install taking my time took about 1:20. Couch has little tags underneath with what number leg you need to install however, on the left side, both tags are the same number “1” and the instructions have different number’s “1 and 2”. I went by instructions and shape of leg there. Also center bar had velcro underneath the covering which was not glued properly on it and not straight down the bar but rather on the side of it in some-places which seems wrong. I had to cut holes into the velcro on the left and right underside of futon because the superglued velcro covered up the screw holes for the legs along the center bar. Cushion is hard honestly, would add a foam to sleep on it for guests. Fabric on it is soft enough at least. Considering its cheap and enough to sit 3-4 people. im overall ok with the purchase. Considering price among other things im not surprised on it having issues. DONT make this the primary couch but something you casually use here and there

It's okay. We use it in a small room at our church that teenagers meet in for small group time and its sufficient. It would make a good couch for an office or something similar. You wouldn't want to sit more than 2 or 3 smaller people on it. Its not the most comfortable couch/futon.

Item does not look like the photo. Is not comfortable. It is not sturdy. The quality is not strong. The color is not like the photos....and the description is misleading. The description says free returns, but this is not true. I've asked the seller to help returning the item, however, they will not allow a "hassle free return". They had the audacity to offer me $20 when I asked for a refund. This will not a be a simple drop to Khols return. They make you jump through hoops so the return process cost you (with packaging) more than the item cost. This is not a good company to do business with. Amazon, should drop them from their vendor list. Do your self a favor and stay away. Communication with this seller has been poor. I do not recommend anyone buy from this company.
