I was very excited to receive this item which originally was schedueld on the 13th but we got it on the 9th so I'm really glad. From the moment we opened the box everything was well packed & organized with clear instructions also the required tools/ hardware were there, it seemed premium for the price. My husband & I assembled it within 15-20 minutes as the middle part screws of the legs were a bit hard to put together since you need to push the 2 pieces together in order to align the screw holes. It was a fun work to do honestly and we were so pleased with the result. The material is soft with a beautiful vibrant color, the seating are comfy and the built feels sturdy overall. My husband took a nap on it and he was very pleased specially that he is around 300lbs, it didn't wobble at all. His feet were a bit floating outside because he is tall but that didn't bother him. And oh yeah it was so easy to switch to daybed just 1 click each back as you press it forward then backward then flip down the leg that's it! This is a very nice couch/daybed for the price, it is of a great quality and super efficient for small space. We have it in his office. I do highly recommend it. Just get it! ... show more

Very nice chair for our camper! It sleeps really well for our teenage son. It is true to the sizes listed. Not heavy at all to move around but also not cheap material that would make you not want it if that makes sense. Assembly is about 30 minutes.

This futon is so comfortable! It was a little tricky to put together by myself so I got some help. But with 2 people, it takes about an hour to put together. The video instructions were way easier to follow than the printed ones. Definitely watch the video if you order it!

    • This company does not have a hassle free return policy.
Item does not look like the photo. Is not comfortable. It is not sturdy. The quality is not strong. The color is not like the photos....and the description is misleading. The description says free returns, but this is not true. I've asked the seller to help returning the item, however, they will not allow a "hassle free return". They had the audacity to offer me $20 when I asked for a refund. This will not a be a simple drop to Khols return. They make you jump through hoops so the return process cost you (with packaging) more than the item cost. This is not a good company to do business with. Amazon, should drop them from their vendor list. Do your self a favor and stay away. Communication with this seller has been poor. I do not recommend anyone buy from this company. ... show more

not 72” (6ft) Im 5”7 and way taller than it. Super small in length and width. Very low to the ground. Picture is misleading and so is the video with the guy in it. It has some squish but is not puffy like the picture. Easy to assemble but has a really stupid system with the legs and screws. Itll work for the tike being but not really worth anything. I bought this futon for my grandson to sleep on when he spends the night. It was very easy to assemble. It arrived on time. I did order a twin topper to make it more comfortable for him to sleep on and he loves sleeping on it. I didn't have him sleep on it without the topper, but the futon itself is very comfortable to sit on. The pillows are removable, they are not attached. I love that it has the extra legs in the back zipper compartment to make it more stable when converting to a bed. He's happy and so am I. ... show more
