The description said that the chain fence was already attached to the poles. So I was expecting to just put the poles together. However, the fence was actually rolled up as a fence and it had to be connected to the poles and the fence itself is not strong at all. My dog has broken out several times and I've had to purchase more fencing just to make it last. The canopy over the top is nice but that's the only thing. I was very disappointing seeing that I paid over $200 for this. It was not easy to put together And I've had to spend more money just to make it secure for my dog

As much as this kennel cost very poor quality fencing dogs can get out whenever they want to so I have to go by more fencing to add to it would not recommend to no one

Bad 100% around not just the fence material. So I purchased knowing I was going to reinforce the fence material with cattle panels because I have to deal with javalinas I wanted a sturdy frame. The frame is a decent aluminum so when I initially started putting it together I thought it'd be perfect. The top doesnt want to slot on correctly half the wholes weren't punched out for the buttons and the whole thing kinda wiggles. The fencing is so bad it's unweaving while unwrapping and it so loose even after attaching that the frame still wiggles. Not worth the hassle

The instructions for putting up the chain link is basically useless but it’s not hard to figure out. Took me and my niece about 5 hours to assemble. It’s sturdy enough. The tarp is easy to put on.

Horrible! Frame is ok, it will do but not the best quality. The "fencing" a tangled mess, I had to go to Home Depot buy fencing to complete the project! I do not recommend purchasing. Spend more for a better product.

All metal pieces were fine, but the fencing part came completely tangled and very difficult to work with. It took 3 of us holding it up and pulling it loose to get it slightly untangled. There are holes in the fencing from being so tangled. We had to zip tie the fencing to the bottom post multiple times only to cover the holes in hopes my dog doesn’t get out.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!!!!!! Be very aware of this product and DO NOT BUY! Our experience with this product has been nothing but Heck to put it nicely. When we received the item the box was damaged and wet. We opened it up and there was no instuctions. We contacted the company that made it and they sent us the wrong one after telling them 5 times it was the 10x10. about a week later we received the instruction manual so we were able to finally put it together. Once we put the frame up we noticed the holes for the door to be able attach it to were off center bad! The off center holes caused the door lock to go on sideways. The latch would not latch properly and you had to pick up on the door and shake it to latch then it would just pop out and open. Finally we were able to get it to latch somewhat. After all of that, we went to unwrap the "chain link" fence to wrap it around and the whole thing was unraveled and had big holes and gaps. We tired our best to try to get it to work but ended up not being able to. I contacted Customer support and they said all they can do is issue a partial refund. They are making me pay for a dog pen that I can't even use. Now I have to spend MORE money and go buy actual chainlink to see if it can even be salvaged. This has put an extremely bad taste in my mouth for Amazon and their customer service.
