The photos read this chair can support 330 lbs, while the listing reports 400 lbs. The PU leather feels soft and supple. I weight 150 lbs and I can feel me bottoming out in the seat, so the padding isn't very supportive. The instructions have few words and mostly pictures. The instructions were unclear about how to attach the leg rest. I got it on backwards at first and after reversing it, it works fine. They provide a T handle hex wrench, which is a nice touch. The legs are sturdy metal and the casters are plastic so they won't damage most floors. The back does recline pretty far down. I am 5' 8" and the back comes roughly around 4" above my shoulders when the back is straight up. In the fully reclined position, my head will rest against the seat back. There is a height adjustment and in the lowest position, I almost need a foot rest to keep my feet flat on the floor. The arms don't really pose a problem with sitting close to my computer desk. Not a bad chair for the money.

The media could not be loaded. This office chair is really comfy once it is fully assembled and everything you need is included. It had all the hardware well labeled on the same vacuum form pack as the universal hex wrench. I like how the instruction sheet was clear and easy to read. The foot rest bar seems like an afterthought compared to the rest of the chair since it is kind of loose on the frame. My cousin wanted a comfortable chair for her home office and she is going to like it a lot.
